We had the absolute best experience working with Justin and Kat at Arhaus! They helped us select all of our living room, dining room, and office furniture and made the entire process feel effortless. They took the time to really understand our style, space, and how we live, then guided us toward pieces that feel both beautiful and functional.
Their eye for design is incredible, they thought through every detail from fabric textures to room flow and the end result is a home that feels warm, cohesive, and perfectly us. We can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking to elevate their space with confidence and creativity.

Absolutely horrific. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
We ordered a FINNLEY 108” table for way too much money in July. We were told it would take 2 months to deliver, but it took 3 months.
On the day of delivery, when they unloaded the table, it had several MAJOR CRACKS in it. What’s more interesting is the sensors on the container didn’t show it being dropped, which means they loaded it broken and attempted to deliver it at such.
We promptly rejected it. Now it gets worse. They said it would be 2 more months to get another table!
We asked for a loaner, but trying to communicate with their service department is like navigating a labyrinth, different reps moving you across departments. And emails from a generic concierge email address with no one specific to communicate with. Awful service.
We told them we had specific travel plans and were hosting holiday plans which their delivery date wouldn’t meet, yet they still could not communicate.
We are attempting to cancel this order since they can’t deliver a non-broken table.
Don’t waste your time with Arhaus, absolutely the worst service experience of my life.

You do not get what you pay for. I worked with Justin Gregory and he wasn't truthful...repeatedly. He told me what I wanted to hear to make the sale. So then I politely called the manager Ben to get more efficient interaction, and nothing changed and never any follow-up. They rely on third party manufacturers and third party delivery services and do not appear to have any ability to override or control the outcome. For these prices, they need to have some ability to make things happen. I would highly recommend trying someone else.
I moved to Denver recently and have now dealt with AFW, Living Spaces, and Furniture Row and all three were able to fix issues that arose better than Arhaus. That is not right when Arhaus charges a premium. I really tried to make Arhaus work for over 4 months and they were never able to make something positive happen.

We just purchased a custom made Arhaus Kipton leather sectional and I can’t say enough about the quality of service that Justin Gregory and his colleague Kat provided to us.
From measurements, to fabric selection, and discussing our best options their attention to detail was second to none.
I never felt like I was being sold but rather educated on their fine products.
Justin was always available via texts and phone messages to answer any questions that I had during the purchase and delivery process.

I worked with Brett and Ben (the manager) yesterday and they both were wonderful and accommodating. Today I went in and had a brief interaction with Michelle (assistant manager) who was incredibly rude. She wasn’t able to help us, which wasn’t a big deal, but her tone and mannerisms to customers were uncalled for. My girlfriend and I are a bit younger; however, we’ve spent a lot of money at this store and we did not expect to be talked to like that.

Justin at Arhaus is amazing! This was my first time purchasing high end furniture and he went above and beyond. There was a delivery issue with one of my items and he made sure to make it right immediately. Great experience!

We had such a wonderful experience with Justin Gregory at Arhaus! He went back-and-forth as we worked through how to furnish our new great room. He was patient (not pushy at all) and took the time to draw out dimensions and offer suggestions that helped us make the selections that would work best for our space. He was available via text for support and even did a FaceTime call to see our space. We are very happy with our experience working with Justin and will continue to reach out to work with him when we have future furnishing needs!!

This was my first time going all out on purchasing furniture. Usually I found random pieces online or went to IKEA and AFW. I was nervous as what to get and how to make it all fit the aesthetic of my home. I felt overwhelmed and all alone on this, but I shouldn’t have because Justin Gregory stepped right up to the plate and made the process fun, easy, and efficient.
Justin instantly jumped to my aid as he probably saw I needed help. I told him I was in the market for a new couch and credenza/entertainment center. He showed me various pieces and what best paired with certain fabrics and colors. He tried to help fit it all into my budget the best he could, even texting me days after the purchase to let me know I would be getting a credit back since Memorial Day was around the corner, and I had just missed the sale.
I don’t know any other type of sales rep that would reach out after the purchase to extend such a nicety. I feel like anyone else would just be happy with the money I spent and on to the next one. Not Justin! He cared to help make my home a beautiful sanctuary, I am proud to go to. He answered my many questions with a smile on his face. Even months after the purchase, he checked in to make sure it was all going well. And when I saw a minor scratch on the credenza being delivered, he responded instantly saying we would get it taken care of when it wasn’t even his responsibility to do so. He consistently showed up for me!
I told Justin I need him just for life in general because he is that great! Thank you Justin for helping me find all the pieces to make my home feel beautiful and cozy. Thank you for helping me to stay within my budget by recommending similar pieces I liked at a better rate. Thank you for making the experience so fun by sharing your gorgeous place with me and the sweet photos of your cat Disco. You are an amazing professional and person. Can’t wait for the next area in my house you will be styling!

The customer service I received from Justin exceeded all of my expectations. Justin was kind, communicative, and very informative in the selection of my sofa.
I had never purchased high-end sofa's before, and it can become a bit stressful and overwhelming with all of the different fabrics and styles to choose from. I went to a couple of high-end furniture stores near by and I wasn't nearly as impressed with the customer service as I was with Arhaus. Justin supplied me with his personal number to ask him any questions I might have throughout the process.
I will be returning to Arhaus for all of my future furniture needs.

We paid a lot for our Kipton sectional and were disappointed with the quality. It was nothing like the floor model we'd fallen in love with. We called to try to see if there was something they could do as it was causing issues with my husband's back. Through persistent phone calls, a manager finally admitted to us that there were supply chain issues in 2022 (the year we got our couch) and the cores (cushions) had been switched out by their supplier. It took us eight months to attempt to resolve the issue (I ended up contacting someone at corporate as the customer service was so abysmal). They attempted three times to replace the cushions and in the end, four of the five cushions are updated and closer (although not exact) to the quality of the floor model. Ultimately, corporate's customer service fell short of what we were expecting from Arhaus. We were made to feel like we were the problem and asking too much that this company deliver on the product they sold us (at a very high cost). Very disappointing experience. Read their google reviews and their Better Business Bureau reviews before buying furniture from this company.

Can't say enough positive things about our experience with Jeremy and Taylor at Arhaus in Cherry Creek. We selected furniture and some accessories for a family room, dining room and two bedrooms. They helped layout the rooms for furniture placement and size and were beyond patient and helpful with our selections. We outfitted our entire place with Arhaus products solely due to their customer service. We have been very happy with the quality and look of all of our selections. Again, Jeremy and Taylor were spectacular to work with, and we would recommend them to anyone!
