Recently went Arhaus to look around for inspiration to furnish my living room. Justin showed me around and rather than window shopping, I placed an order for a beautiful new sectional. The process was smooth from ordering to the delivery of product! Thank you, Justin, for your incredible help.

I just got my rather large delivery from Arhaus and it was amazing!! They were on time and communicated great throughout the entire process - even had tracking to find out how far out the truck was. I had a team of three to deliver 10 items (dining set, bedroom set and living room items)! They were super friendly and quick - even though they had to take all the items up to the 4th floor of my building. I would highly recommend Arhaus and the Cherry Creek location! :)

I have been working with Justin for several months on our new condo. He’s been super helpful! His design taste is wonderful, he’s responsive, and listens to my style. Part of my furniture has been delivered and it looks awesome! I’m very happy so thank you Arhaus and Justin! Photos to come!

I highly recommend Arhaus in Cherry Creek. We had the pleasure of working with Justin, Gregory, our Design Consultant and Taylor Clem our Interior Designer.Together they went out of their way to make a sometimes stressful experience, enjoyable.We just purchased a house and needed several pieces of furniture. They spent time with us making sure they understood what we were looking for and helped us create an environment that is both welcoming and reflects our personalities.Justin was available anytime we had questions and responded quickly if he wasn’t available. Taylor spent a lot of time picking out pieces that worked in our space. Our house is over 113 years old with sometimes challenging space issues.Everything has worked out beautifully. The Concierge team at Arhaus is also easy to work with and very professional. We visited many showrooms, Arhaus is the best!

I highly recommend Arhaus @Cherry Creek. Every staff member we encountered was great. We worked with Brett, who was awesome! He listened, suggested options, and made the entire process easy and efficient. We had custom furniture made; he kept us informed of timelines (which were exact — to the day). The delivery guys were also VERY VERY good. The furniture arrived perfectly. Construction/quality is top-notch. We could not have asked for a better experience.FIVE STARS!

Arhause is cheating you on stocked furniture. I recently purchased the stocked 84" slim arm Kipton sofa from the Cherry Creek store in Denver. Imagine my shock to receive a significantly smaller sofa. The cushion depth is shorter by almost 3" and the length is shorter by 2". I contacted their concierge department, only to be told that it is an acceptable variance, WHAT!!! They tried to say that my stocked product was actually a special order and therefore subject to the size variances. When I pointed out that under the their terms and conditions only SPECIAL ORDER pieces are subject to that variance. They tried to say well it applies to stocked items also. They also added that size variation can be as much as 3". This is not not true under Terms and Conditions, only a 2" difference is allowable due those pieces are made by hand. Just like boxes of cereal, cake mixes and a variety of other food products. Arhause has adopted a shrinkage mindset. Pay more for less and not even what was promised when purchased. Unless you want overpay for a sofa that is WAY smaller than advertised. DONT BUY FROM ARHAUSE!!!!!

We had a great sales associate who helped us pick out our furniture. He has remained great through out our issues so we are very grateful for him. We purchased a sofa, chair, 2 ottomans, 5 pillows and other decorative items. When our chair arrived, we saw how badly made it was (There was no model on the floor). It is oversized and if you don't sit perfectly centered, the chair tips to that side and touches the floor. I am 230# and like sitting on the side next to the table I put my coffee on so it is easily reached. I cannot do that without this chair looking like cheap junk from Walmart. It is a swivel chair with a single bar coming up from the bottom which is obviously not sufficient. Very poor design. I expected much better for the price. Our ottoman is expected to deliver in 3 months. We tried to cancel because we decided it would be too big. No, they won't let us because it is a "custom" item. Well, if they already started on it why will it take 3 months to get to us? We purchased another ottoman, actually a poof. It was the wrong color (our fault) and they did make it easy to return (we think - no refund yet). But they wouldn't allow an exchange and I think they are going to charge me $50 for the return. I love the couch. I wanted to swap the swivel chair for one that does not swivel - they can't do it. Buyer beware - read all their small print because they don't accommodate you after the sale!

We arrived at the store early and Justin was anxious to help us find the right pieces we were looking for. He listened to us explain our style and what we were looking for and he immediately went to work to find the perfect couches, bed, coffee table, etc. He helped make the shopping experience easy and stressless. I would highly recommend you ask for Justin at the Cherry Creek store next time you are on the hunt for that perfect piece!Susan

WOW!!! After reading the reviews here I can certainly say worse customer service ever! I got to the store in cherry creek today, there were six people in the counter, walked around for about 15 minutes and NEITHER of them came to ask me if I needed any help. Well, too bad I will be purchasing all my new furniture for my home in Castle Pines in a different store. Good luck to you guys. I guess u don't need it right.....To be fair the store in Lone Tree has good customer service.

Horrible service. Unprofessional delivery. Didn’t accept the table because of scratches and lack of workmanship. Sales person texted that they would refund once the table goes back to warehouse. Went to the store to check if there was any other table, but big price difference. Asked if they would do anything about it. They said they would reach out to the regional manager, and my sales lady will follow up. No communication from them. Called about a week later to find out the regional manager is extremely busy. Finally had to cancel for a full refund. Will post more after finding out how long the refund should take. Horrible!

Went into this store last night just to browse. We were curtly greeted by Andrés. After that, we were totally ignored for the next half hour. Found a $200 blanket we liked, but Andrés rudely made it seem like he was doing us a big favor by processing the transaction. Will NEVER spend another dime here!! Restoration Hardware has nearly identical merchandise for the same price. More importantly, they help you with care and not with a ratchet, sour attitude. Very glad there is a RH nearby, because Airhose is just awful!

Beautiful furniture, very stylish, but expensive. Trouble is, they are simply totally incapable of delivering it to you in expected condition. Multiple deliveries, multiple damaged pieces. Now on third delivery of dining room table for example because of severe damage to the first two! Zero quality control on products. I can understand an occasional screwup--it can happen. But multiple repeat screwups with delivery of damaged items on several occasions--this is just an unreliable company. Don't understand how they stay in business.
