False information when adding a phone line with promises of upgrading the next day since management was not in the office, so I return next day with the promise of the upgrade, yet when I go in I am told it's not possible and that is have to wait 90 days since the line is new. Never again will I return to this store and I highly recommend going to an ATT Corporate store like the one in Belmar and not just an authorized retailer!

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. The older lady with blue eyes that helped us was so incredibly rude. Made it clear that our business was not wanted, letting us know multiple times how busy she was. She would interrupt us many times while answering her own questions.
As a new customer to AT&T I have been shocked at the disregard from these customer service reps at multiple locations.
Would not recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a new phone.

This store is an absolute disgrace to AT&T. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have never had an issue—until now. I purchased a new phone online with in-store pickup at this location. The website stated it would typically be ready within two hours. After waiting four hours with no update, I called the store.
When I finally reached someone, he told me there was no package and claimed he had no idea what I was talking about. As I explained the situation, he kept repeating himself and eventually said the system wouldn’t let him look. When I pressed for help, he hung up on me.
I called back several times, but my calls were either ignored or immediately disconnected. After about 10–15 minutes, I tried again. This time, the person who answered identified himself as Abraham. When I asked if he was the one I spoke with earlier, he said no—that was Alfredo. I asked to speak with a manager, and he told me the manager was busy with another customer and wouldn’t be available for 30 minutes.
Frustrated, I went to the store in person, only to find out the manager wasn’t there at all—meaning I had been lied to. When I asked Abraham if he was the one who had hung up on me, he denied it. At that time, there was only one other customer in the store, yet somehow, my phone order that should have taken 10 minutes to process had been ignored for over four hours.
To make matters worse, the female employee gave my daughter and her friend dirty looks and was rude the entire time, while both Alfredo/Abraham sat there staring.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, unprofessional, and far below the standards I’ve come to expect from AT&T.

I went in to get a new iPhone, and Angie was incredible. She made the whole experience so smooth and easy. I trusted all of her advice when it came to choosing a phone case and the color of the phone. She was patient, quick, and made everything feel effortless. Thank you, Angie, for making the experience so wonderful! ( on 9/21 around 1:30!)

One of the worst experiences of my life in a store. I was trying to get internet at my home, and was forced out of the store cause their internet wouldn’t work and I couldn’t get signed onto my email.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Angie, and I can't say enough about how wonderful she was. From the moment we met, Angie was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. She went above and beyond to assist both my boyfriend and me, with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. Her sweet and kind nature made the entire experience easy and not a hassle for me to switch over to AT&T Angie's dedication and positive attitude truly made a difference, and we are so grateful for her helping us. I highly recommend Angie to anyone looking for someone who is not only competent but also genuinely cares about providing excellent service.

After switching to T-Mobile in late 2024, I found out nearly seven months later that AT&T had continued charging me full price for two watch lines that were supposed to be canceled — and they’d also never applied the final payments I’d made on the watches. This all stemmed from a terrible experience at the River Point store, which was disorganized, gave me incorrect information, and completely failed to explain how to properly cancel the lines.
I went into the Sheridan location just looking for help making sense of why I was still being charged, and the store manager,
Christian, immediately took initiative, even though he had no obligation to assist me. He guided me through a call with AT&T's Loyalty department, during which the rep I spoke with pretended to be a manager, gave me inaccurate information, and falsely claimed the account had been sent to collections and even sold to another collector. (Which clearly wasn’t true, since the charges were still visible and payable in my AT&T app. That's not how debt collection works.)
Christian calmly stepped in, clarified the situation, and directly challenged the misinformation being given — pointing out inconsistencies and ultimately helping bring the call to a productive resolution. Thanks to him, I only had to pay off the watches as originally intended, and the remaining line charges were waived. He handled the entire situation with professionalism, clarity, and empathy, and resolved the issue in about two hours.
Christian really didn't have to take the time to assist me as thoroughly as he did as I hadn't been a customer for quite awhile, but he made sure I walked out of the store with my issue completely fixed. That kind of above-and-beyond customer service deserves recognition.

These Ladies lied about EVERYTHING to get us to switch over from Team mobile to AT&T! Many many phone calls and this still isn't made right!! Do not switch to this carrier! They lie and ruin your life just to make a sale!

Angie help me both times the first time she did not have to help me at all. She was ready to close the store and she was so gracious and kind and I was a hot mess. I couldn’t be more grateful to amazing people like Angie! We need more people like her in this world! The second day I went to her she was absolutely fabulous again and made sure I understood everything and Help me with my purchase I am so grateful for her kindness and patience with me! She’s an absolute value to your company and should be at the top! Very competent and very efficient

Christian was amazing. I had an issue with my device that no other store or customer service was able to figure out. It’s took about 2 hours but after that my device was working perfectly and he showed me ways to make sure that issue never happens again. I’m so grateful for Christian. Will be bringing this guy lunch sometime soon. Thanks Christian, you are the best sir !

Don't trust the ladies that work here, they will lie about what upgrades your eligible for so they can sell you a phone. Go to another AT&T store, save yourself time and headache.
