Went in 2 weeks ago. My partner and I are looking to get onto our own plan. The guy working there said the owner of my partner's existing plan had to go in person to their local AT&T store to get my partner off the existing plan. They also told us that the original plan owner's pricing per line will go up after my partner leaves. This employee was wrong on both accounts after speaking to AT&T online chat. We were told over chat you can do everything over the phone and the original plan owner's overall pricing will actually go down. I believe they were trying to upsell and make someone go in-store which wasn't necessary. Not a good look for this location.

#pleAsed...AT&T has always been the cell phone store all the other cell phone carriers are jealous over. I am leaving t-mobile & payin' 10$ more because the service is better over at AT&T. If there was anything AT&T needed to improve on would be more media attention

Not open during posted hours. I'll just buy my phone elsewhere and not bother with going through Att anymore

Customer service at this store is great…
I’m more reviewing ATT as a whole and trying to buy my wife a surprise birthday present and THEY CANNOT STOP THE AUTOMATED TEXT TO HER PHONE. No possible way to buy my wife a new phone as a surprise. I am so sick of these corporations and their illogical systems. Multi billion dollar conglomerate and they can’t stop their own automated system. Hahahahah what a joke

I had an incredible experience at this store. The customer service could not be beat. Tevon is an incredible employee and was quick to help me out and to make sure that I was completely set up. I stick with AT&T because of great service from employees like this.

Nelson and the store manager were extremely helpful and the whole team is great also very knowledgeable. They take pride with their service and are just overall a kind and professional staff.

We were in town from Philly and my sister’s phone randomly broke. We walked into this location in Denver and truly had the most thoughtful and helpful associates help us get her a new iPhone 15. Brandon and Dennis were incredibly friendly, explained everything we needed to know, and got us serviced in an efficient manner. If you live in Denver I highly recommend coming to this location. The store itself is very clean and open with seating areas as well.

Geral Santana and Brandon Dellinger were literal life savers for me. They were extremely patient and kind to me while I was trying to get a new phone. I cannot recommend them enough. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got all the things I needed. Absolutely fantastic customer service! Would recommend.

Came in 30 minutes to close. Rocky greeting from one associate who wanted to close early. Luckily, another associate turned the interaction around. All I needed to do was pick-up a phone. Made my week easier to get this done tonight. First associate was younger and impressionable - he took from his colleagues cues to be friendlier. Second associate very informative and kind - tall, grayish hair. Thank You!
