I'm one of those Athleta devotees too. This isn't my preferred location, because Cherry Creek isn't my favorite mall. I tend to buy online more often because I need tall sizes. I wish they'd carry tall sizes in store! But I was in the area and had to return an item, so I paid this store a visit. The customer service representative was very helpful and friendly. I was in and out quickly. My one gripe is that I had to pay for parking just to spend 15 minutes returning an item. This is not, however, Athleta's fault.

Last week, my daughter and I had some time to kill in the Cherry Creek area. We stopped by Athleta to see what was new. Hannah helped us and she was such a delight! Rather than say, "it's over there", she asked my size and went and picked up the two things I needed. She was so fun and pleasant, very helpful. We will definitely be stopping by this store again!!

This was my first time in this store. I had made my first purchase, well purchases, online over Christmas. One item I needed to return. The ladies here were so SWEET and super fast with my return. I appreciate places that make returns hassle-free! Even more than that, I appreciate good customer service which seems hard to find these days! Thank you for giving me a great first experience at your store!

Super friendly, help me find the right size and the right items! I asked for leggings just to try things on with, and ended up falling in love with them. I also just needed new leggings anyway, so it worked out. Really cute, new technologies, love the customer service!

Kaitlyn, Shawn, and Susie were excellent help! All three did an excellent job at helping me try on and experiment with several items, all while remaining patient and providing honest opinions. I like to build my closet slowly and intentionally and I loved that there was no pressure to purchase more than what I was comfortable with at the moment. All-star team!

Would it kill you to be nice? Walked in around 6:05 hoping to exchange 2 items and potentially buy more, but was turned away by a rude sales associate. I checked the store times online before driving to the mall and it stated that the store closed at 7:00 pm. Upon arrival, I saw a sign on the door stating they were closing at 6:00, but the door was open so I gave it a try. That’s when the sales associate shut me down saying they were closed. Showed zero sympathy that I just drove all the way to the mall for this exchange. And said, “It’s posted on the door. Sorry!” In the *snarkiest voice* possible. I worked in retail for years… It’s really not that difficult to be kind to someone, and politely explain the change in store times.

I love Athleta products and frequently purchase online. I returned an item to this store. The associate scanned it then said I would get an email confirmation. It never came, so I went back to the store for a paper receipt. When my refund didn't get issued after five days I called customer service and they said nothing was processed and couldn't help me. So I called the store back. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone, and basically said she couldn't do anything about it.Lucky for me I was adamant to get that paper receipt. Also lucky for me the associate that answered the phone was actually competent. She had the idea to run the return again over the phone, which wouldn't have been allowed if it were processed correctly the first time.In short two of the three interactions I had with the mgrs & staff at this store were not satisfactory customer service. The staff that processed the original return, and the manager when I went back to get the paper receipt, were stuck up and prissy. Athleta should consider the type of culture these type of people are promoting for their company. They should also consider the level of incompetence of people managing products that are not cheap.To the associate who thought outside the box to solve this simple transactional problem, Good luck to girl. Thank you for preventing me from having to drive my behind down there to resolve this in person.

I have always loved the clothing at Athleta. Today I had an exceptionally great experience while shopping. I went into the dressing room with a lot of items to try on. I realize I had grabbed the wrong size in almost everything! The women named Bella in the fitting rooms was so sweet and helpful. She grabbed me all new sizes and colors multiple times! She made my shopping experience very pleasant.

Felt unwelcome. No one greeted me or even said hello. No one offered any help either. Didn't feel this way at the Park Meadows location.
