I came here and I believe sheβs a manager. She knew what to do right away and in 5 minutes resolved my issue. Itβs nice to see someone who knows what theyβre doing. Great service and care. βI'm a new Wells Fargo customer and I have to say the customer service at this particular location is spot on! I've been in a few times because I wasn't able to deposit my check via the app, and both times, the employees were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, walked me through the steps of making deposits at their location and also showed me cool features on my phone via the app. I've had experiences with other banks where the tellers seem to hate their job and customer service is the last thing on their mind. I always appreciative especially when the "young" employees aren't rushing me and always willing to be helpful. Thanks ladies! Keep up the excellent work. I'd love to meet with their manager and give the proper thanksβ
