Olabambo was absolutely fantastic and VERY helpful and great with explaining everything in detail. This was the 2nd ATT store I went to as the first one was not helpful but Olabambo made up for that while he was helping me yesterday.

Im the type of person that doesn’t like to leave reviews whether its good or bad! But man, honestly the customer service here is always so bad. The employees don’t even try to help you and most of them are always just on their phones. AT&T if you read this review all I can say is , you need to fire people and only hire people who love their jobs and are willing to help!!!! 👎🏻

I had the greatest experience here. I worked with Jimena she was wonderful. She helped me to purchase 3 iPhone 15s it was a long process because They have to verify identity and they did have to get a clearance. Jimena was an advocate for me you could genuinely tell she wanted to help me she went out of her way to contact her manager. She was so helpful. And I hope people are Grateful for people like her because they are not common. And frankly A T&T is lucky to have her.

ATT online support is absolutely the worst anywhere at anytime. An AI from the 1980s, endless waits, and if you can ever get to a person, good luck actually solving a problem. In contrast the in-store support here is excellent. I recently wasted 4 hours in total trying to solve an issue online and they literally made it worse. The store staff in contrast were fast, courteous, professional, smart, knowledgeable and most importantly solved my problem in less than 10 minutes. Shame on ATT online service, kudos to in person services!

Worst customer service experience ever. Sandra Sánchez told me I need it to get insurance of 17.99 for 3 months to be able to get a phone from this store, or I could get it online, that upset me since I felt she was trying to sell me something that I didn’t need. I called AT&T and they told it was false. Second, she inspected the phone that I intended to trade so meticulously and she said there is a scratch. I grabbed the phone and I told her that she hasn’t been nice and she told me that I wasn’t either a pleasure to work with and that I came with an attitude even though I was walking away and leaving the store.

I hate writing bad reviews but here it goes. This was a bad experience. I don’t want to name names. So I’ll just refer to them as the employees. They were not upfront about the costs of their products and the value of the trade in we did. When we came back today to turn in the phone we were trading in we realized we weren’t getting the deal that was advertised. This is for my partner’s phone plan. (I’m with Verizon) When I pointed it out the mistake to the female employee just said “NO read the fine print “. I was really surprised. Last month Verizon gave me the newest iPhone for nothing and reduced my bill. Not to mention their coverage is better. (Read my Verizon review for more details on that).
I immediately told them that their website even offers a better price than what they are giving us. I ended up having to just return the new phone and paid a restocking fee to do so. It was quite the ordeal for no good reason. I took my partner over to the Verizon store where they put the newest iPhone in her hand and lowered both of our monthly bills while they were at it. $0 a month for an iPhone 16. Imagine that. It would’ve only taken us 10 or 15 minutes at the Verizon store to get everything said and done. They are so intelligent and efficient there. But we were held up because AT&T gave us the wrong account number to move her number over. When we called 611 they gave us the same wrong number. We had to get in the line with an Verizon customer service agent who had to call them to straighten it out. AT&T just can’t make anything easy. Another woman came up to us while we’re on the phone with them and said she was also with AT&T and she was coming to Verizon to switch to them for the same reason we just experienced. It was good to know we weren’t the only ones.
On another note, my mother has AT&T home phone and internet. She pays $90 a month for both. I’m going to have her cancel her plan with them as well and go with a new service provider. Most likely charter or starlink since she lives toward the top of a mountain. The amount AT&T still charges for landlines is egregious and their internet service is not as good as their competitors. Sorry AT&T. We’re done and I’m taking a few people with me.

It is completely baffling that I am not able to transfer from an AT&T family plan to an AT&T pre-paid account and keep the same phone number. But after numerous customer service calls, several online chats and texting, and 2 in store visits, this is what I am learning. If there is just one AT&T employee that has a solution to this, please let me know. I've been with AT&T for years and will be sad to leave if it's not possible.

Yonatan S was incredibly help and professional. I called ahead to verify their location as the previous store I stopped at was not there. When I called the previous store I got sent to the call center and they were rude. Yonatan S was polite verified their location and when I got there was very helpful. I was in and out fairly quickly and he answered all of my questions. Good customer service is hard to find anymore and he is top notch. Thank you so much!
