I signed up 2 days ago for xfinity Mobile and I had a lot of issues activating my service after canceling with AT&T. I went into the Northfield store in Colorado hoping to get help, both service personnel were less than helpful once I explained my situation, very disappointed. I drove 40 minutes to a different xfinity store the service agent there was awesome both of my phones have service.

This store was amazing! They had the place decorated and the team kept everything so fun and lively. Joel the store manager was able to help me understand some bill issues and was able to get me a promotion for my daughters phone. This team needs a raise!!
