This store was amazing! They had the place decorated and the team kept everything so fun and lively. Joel the store manager was able to help me understand some bill issues and was able to get me a promotion for my daughters phone. This team needs a raise!!

It’s clear that att employees are trained to receive their customers. The service is so bad. There is literally no service in the AT&T parking lot itself. This is the worst internet service I’ve experienced since 2010 with any phone company. Walmart phone service is way better than att.

Absolutely terrible customer service at this store. I went in for an upgrade planning to pay for half the phone and financing the rest. However the gentleman Alex who was helping me never asked about the down payment and I was told it was “too late in the process” by the time it came up. I was then told to come back into the store once the phone was delivered to do a “contract swap.”I went in two days later and had to wait an hour to be helped due to staffing issues. When I started working with the team member, she said she did not know how to change the contract that would allow me to pay off half the phone. She then said she found a “workaround” and charged me for $500. A couple days later, I come to find out that the $500 was applied to the overall account and that my phone balance remained at the original $999. I’ve now been on the phone for over an hour trying to get everything sorted out.Lastly Alex at the store initially told me that he “had” to add the $17/month insurance to my phone but that I could take it off later. This seems like a sleezy sales scam and is counting on me forgetting to remove the insurance plan. The staff member I worked with who had the “workaround” said Alex would call me the next morning to remove the $17 insurance charge. Guess who never got a phone call the next day? Also turns out he added a $6/month “Next Up” upgrade charge to my account without ever mentioning it. Super sleeze.Absolutely terrible service. Swipe left, thumbs down, 0 stars out of 10. Do yourself a favor and go with Verizon or another carrier.

Manager is deceitful. Told us our bill would be 7 $ cheaper when in reality he added a line (plus 60$ a month) and got us to drop our true unlimited grandfather plan. We just found out by examining our bill what was actually going on. To sum it up they added a line without even making us aware.

I went to this location today for a new phone but a sign on the door said out for lunch. The sign remained on the door for two hours. Every associate out to lunch until closing? I won’t be returning to this store.

My second c att store experience. I Walked in the store and didn’t get acknowledged. The man was right there looking at me come in. Didn’t hear any communication after 20 minutes so I left. If you come here it could take 20 minutes or 2 hours.

I can't believe how effective and helpful my interaction with Kaleb was this week as I was getting a new phone from this location. He was knowledgeable and informative. He explained my options in a clear and concise way. I'm a 47 year old man and this was the best experience I've had at an ATT&T or T-Mobile location ever in my life.

Went into this location with a tasks get a new SIM card for my replacement phone and I just wanted to say Caleb has absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever had at any At&T in my life! Thank you so much for your kindness and laughter!
