Go to O’Reillys instead. This place wouldn’t replace my battery since it had corrosion. O’Reillys would, no questions asked.

I was absolutely blown away with how great of an experience I had getting my battery replaced today. Noah was quick and helpful and he even trained someone else on the process. Despite being busier than usual, Noah was super kind and patient and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Would recommend stopping by if you need anything for your car!

I absolutely recommend stopping by this location if you need a new battery. Despite being unusually busy, Noah was able to help me replace my battery in a pinch. He was very professional and kind despite being a little overwhelmed. He also trained a new employee on replacing a battery and gave him a really quick but thorough walkthrough. I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the help he gave me today :).

Terrible customer service. Originally told me they would install a new battery for me. After purchasing the battery, the employee came back and said they would not install it. Returned the battery and went down the street to Advance Auto Parts where the kind staff installed a new battery with no problem.

So going to this store trying to find a important part for my vehicle showing they have 4 on hand. The kid told me 5 minutes before closing he ain't gonna open the pallet to find me the part that is on my steering. Leaving the customer hanging. I will not do business with this store or recommend them to anyone.

Miguel is THE MAN!!! Needed help with my car battery and he quickly found I needed a new one and installed it super fast - meanwhile helping a bunch of people in between. Was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Great customer service!

I like to buy at autozone...what I like is to talk and they always leave you on hold for 6 to 8 minutes...I think they should have a separate service...a telephone operator...
