James was amazing! Went above and beyond to help me. I recently moved away from my dad who used to be the one helping me out with all my car troubles. I bought a small piece for my break lights and asked James if he could let me know how to put it in. He walked outside and put it in himself!!! Awesome awesome guy. 10/10.

The employee helping me didn’t know anything more than I did making this trip useless. I went for a diagnosis as I couldn’t start my car and she just tells me my battery is dead. Then says it “looks too complicated” for them to replace for me. Ok. The icing on the cake is that they wouldn’t even jump me so I could go somewhere else. Waste of my time. Thank god for good samaritan in the parking lot that have me a jump so I could actually get something done. Don’t bother going here if you need diagnostics

Refused to return a product that didn't work and would not do store credit. Manager said it was not an auto zone problem that the product doesn't work. Will shop at another store next time

Possibly the worst auto zone came to get my battery changed but there asking me to remove and bring it in. A pointless location should honestly be closed
