Night manager had issues processing commercial transaction (could only accept cash) which was probably a software issue. Didn't really want to try restarting anything and the other registers were closed (end of shift laziness?). Super inconvenient to have to pay extra to process as a regular transaction and also not get invoicing and everything else I needed for this transaction.

The Auto Zone at 2496 Federal is the best Auto Zone I have ever been in. Enrique was very helpful and pleasant person. He was patient with me the entire time my card wouldn't work even when I had to go outside to fix it. He pointed me in the direction of an associate who was a mechanic and may be able to answer my question of "why....". The store was well stocked and clean. I will go out of my way to shop this location.

Yesterday carried my car battery to this store despite my legs are hurt because of recently surgery. I dropped my car battery off for Juan the store manager for recharging and testing, he told me to come back in 1 hour and half. When I came back to pick it up they just give it back to me and didn’t say anything, so I asked the guy : is my battery good? he said: yes, but when I got home and tested it on my car there is nothing come on, the battery is still dead. I was so disappointed. Today I took my battery to Walmart after tested it they tell me it’s totally bad so I buy a new battery from Walmart installed it on my car and it starts right away. I won’t waste my time at this store again, I will go elsewhere test my battery and buy one from them if I have to.

Very bad service, the girl Isabel is super rude, they don't let you explain and she yells at you when she speaks and to make matters worse, the manager, a man, looks at her how she treats the clientele and pretends not to look and you speak Spanish to him and he answers you in English and yes I answer her in English, she still screams and says someone come help her. Definitely do not go to this location, they are people who are not prepared but the worst thing is the manager lets them be DESPOTIC AND ARPOENT

3 stars only because on March 13th the two gentlemen that we're working nightshift had the most attitude and smart remarks definitely weren't no help when I was asking what specific extension do I get for a ratchet wrench for spark plugs and when asking for assistance on a aisle neither of them helped. So grateful for the app tho!! I got more assistance on there than I did in person sadly, and usually the day crew is very helpful and always have the best customer service.

They checked my battery and I needed a new one but the battery that was checked had a three years warranty and lasted six years and I bought it there so it really lasted and the new one is the same kind.
