There was a somewhat younger guy with a tattoo on his hand.He helped me/showed me how to put on some wiper blades.Very nice guy. I would recommend this AutoZone.

I honestly can't believe the amount of disrespect the black kid just showed me. How can you employ someone with the total disregard and zero people skills. This is the last time I come here cause that was unlike any employee iv ever seen. That kid is not going to get very far acting like a fool

Hi! Went into to accompany my sister purchasing a battery and Pheonix offered to run a diagnostic. He ran it and the results reflected nothing wrong with the battery except that it was just low. While running the diagnostic outside he was really negative and said,"Of course it's a subaru, nothing good comes from them. I hate Subarus" Then, he kept insisting something other than the battery was wrong while we were looking at the computer. One of his coworkers, very kind with piercing and colored hair, jumped in and asked him if he had checked the battery cables. He replied and said,"No. You can do it though I don't feel like getting my hands dirty" ...... What kind of customer service is that? Why make that comment in front of customers? The fact that she went out of her way to ask AND checked the cables, reflects his poor work ethic and lack of consideration . Terrible . Pheonix did NOT want to do his job.

My check engine light came on. I was nearby & they were able to scan codes in a matter of minutes. I'll still need to go to dealer as it's under warranty but I really appreciated the service.

A man named Jacob and a woman named Spacer. they did an excellent job. Space helped me find some lost warranties. If it hadn't been for Spacer, I would have paid for my parts again. Thank you very much Spacer!

I have visited this location many times and I can't say I've ever been impressed. What it comes down to for me is customer service. Last time I was in this location the woman behind the counter was very rude when I asked for a refund on a defective part that I had already purchased 2 of and both of them had the same defect. She of course had no intrest in asking what the defect was to try and understand my position. Ultimately I did get my refund for the last one but had to eat the cost of the first. The money was only returned after an eyeroll and attitude as if I was inconvenienceing her. Some employees just belong in the back emptying used oil containers into the recycling vessel and shouldn't be allowed to engage with customers. I will take the Chambers and Green Valley store over this one any day of the week.ADDITIONALLY: I received a reply from autozone asking me to reach out to them for a resolution. I contacted them and received a reply informing me that local management would reach out to me within 24 hours. That was 72 hours ago and I have yet to be contacted.

Rude young woman works there and is obviously too stressed to properly help customers. My husband went in to buy headlights and waited in a long line to ask for the exact item he needed as we weren’t sure. The young woman told him where to grab it and then she would help him. He did exactly that and then went back up to the counter. The young woman then refused to ring him up as she had a long line and was “too busy” according to her, and INSISTED he go to the back of the line. Even the people in line asked him to go ahead and she refused. He walked out.

Yesterday I bought winter chains for my Van, they helped me figure out what size is right for my wheels. I really liked the work of the sellers. Today they helped me with the missing parts of the chains.
