I recently had a terrible experience at the Aveda store in Cherry Creek Mall, all thanks to a saleswoman named Molly. When I visited the store, Molly managed to mix up in my in-store purchase with my online purchase on one receipt. Since I had already paid for my online purchase, I was confused when I saw them combined on one receipt.
When I questioned her about the receipt, Molly seemed completely confused and to my shock, was incredibly rude. Instead of helping to clarify the situation, she acted bothered and dismissive, even saying, "I cannot explain to you how our computer system works." She then tried to convince me that Aveda Online has a different policy than the Aveda stores as if they are two separate entities, which did not make any sense to me. This unprofessional behavior made an already frustrating situation worse. As a loyal customer of Aveda stores, I expect much better service.
Given this experience, I think it is better to buy Aveda products from Nordstrom, both in-store and online. Their customer service is far superior, and they know how to treat their customers with respect. I hope management addresses this issue promptly as Molly's behavior is unacceptable.

You really need to change your hours, online it says you are open until 8 PM today and when I arrived at the mall after paying for parking it says you close at seven. This was a complete waste of time and an hour of my life that I can’t get back. This is why retail stores are going to go out of business and I will just shop online

Wow! Lisa and her team have customer service perfected! I ordered online for in-store pick up. Lisa called to let me know that my order was ready for pick up, but also let me know she could ship the items to me for free. This was so extremely helpful. She was kind, courteous and professional. She even included 4 travel styling products with my order. Although it is easy to order and ship online, I will choose to shop in-store at this location because of their top-notch service.

Today was great, like always! My scalp is incredibly sensitive and I can only use Aveda. Michelle was so amazing and nice. She explained everything in a way that didn’t make me feel like a total novice. Thanks again, Michelle! See you again soon!

I rolled in yesterday to see what ol' Aveda was up too yesterday and got samples of the botanical repair line.One wash and style later I went back today to pick up the whole line.The girls were super helpful.I even found out I could sign up for the pro membership because I'm a licensed stylist and I received a discount so I picked up a extra product.Thanks so much. ?

Blair at Aveda Cherry Creek is a superior stylist and this salon would be an excellent choice for anyone female or male. I moved here from NYC and have had a hell of a time finding a stylist who fulfills my styling/cut/color requests as well as Blair does. Furthermore the bonus of massages and champagne makes this visit even more pleasurable!! Go see Blair - she's the best.
