Love love this place. It will out hipster SF and Portland any day. Which while on paper could be irritating, in reality is great. Delicious coffee, all the milks, and great patio to sit with your dog or friends or friend’s dog. Super nice staff and great breakfast burritos and pastries. Zero neon signs.

3 1/2 stars Trendy spot with a pleasant patio. Inside, the plants hanging from the ceiling are a nice touch, and the seating along the walls is cool. Service was friendly, my cappuccino a little on the bitter side. It was disappointing that at 2PM they were out of anything to eat, except for a couple burritos. A fun place for a coffee break in Cherry Creek to get the atmosphere of the area.

Loooved it here. What a cute little coffee shop. I had an interview here and the atmosphere was great! We had to be inside due to rain so it was a little louder than usually but that was weather related. The coffee was amazing.

Honestly I don't understand some places like coffee shops. I work just down the street and I had an important virtual call I needed to jump on for an hour this evening. I came to this coffee shop because "third spaces" aren't really a thing. I'm sorry that I didn't have anywhere else to go during this call. I was told I was not able sit there without buying anything. There was ample seating and I did not cause any issues. Next time I'll just go to Starbucks instead. But when I actually want to meet someone for coffee I'll have no reason to come back. I didn't even use the bathroom. If I create zero expense and zero issues don't come up to me and tell me somehow I caused a problem sitting there for an hour. Even if your coffee shop policy is different you probably don't get paid enough to enforce me not causing any harm or expense. Recognize when someone is showing up politely not doing anything wrong and mind your own business.

I've been coming here for years. Both of their locations but especially this location. The matcha is the best in town IMO. For the past 1-2 years the staff have been so incredible rude however. I don't need someone to be touchy feely with me, but I do expect someone to at least say hi when I say hi to them. You work for tips and I'm paying $8+ for a small drink. How about smiling or acknowledging someone when they are the only one waiting for a drink? You can tell that management either isn't around or doesn't care about customer service. 2 stars only for the quality of the matcha. Otherwise the customer service would be a 1. So disappointing. The staff doesn't care about it since they know they will make money either way since they are always busy. Disappointing.

I wanted to like this place. I really did. The ambiance is cool, and I like all the plants. The patio is nice. The coffee is just not worth it, though. I ordered a medium iced latte and as you can see from the photo it was tiny. It would be a kids size cup anywhere else. It cost more than $7. The coffee was not strong at all, and tasted watered down. I ordered mine with Black Forest syrup, and it tasted gritty and was not sweet. The service was fine. They got the coffee out fast, but let's face it. We come to a coffee shop for the coffee, not the service, and the coffee really missed the mark.

Went in today, Friday, March 1st, around noon, and had a really disappointing experience. The woman working there was absolutely rude, like she couldn't care less. They were already out of pastries and pretty much anything else we asked for. Seriously, it was only noon. They really need to step up their service and offerings. The bad attitude just made everything worse. After expressing our disappointment, she waved at us saying bye in a very challenging way. Absolutely terrible service. I would have been OK with everything else, but my motivation to write this review was her bad attitude pretty much giving us the finger to go away.

Coffee is very good, as are the pastries. Service can be frustratingly hit or miss….i can see myself losing interest in the future as a result.

My flat white was over steamed, and the mocha was not chocolatey. Love the ambiance but there was sooo many loud people in there it was hard to enjoy.

In the spirit of constructive criticism, let me present you with some optional responses when someone comes in to buy beans and doesn't know exactly what to get and is fairly inexperienced when it comes to coffee (other than acting like selling coffee beans is beneath you): 1. Do you know what brands of beans you have at home now? 2. Are you more a sweets or savories person? 3. Do you like tea, and if so, which kinda are your favorites? 4. Why don't I pour you a half ounce of this and you can see what you think? 5. Do you use cream and sugar or drink black coffee? 6. Our bestseller is X. 7. Y is one of my personal favorites. 8. What kind of brewing style do you use at home? Let's give you a roast that works with that. 9. Let me grind a small amount and you can smell them. 10. This is probably our most versatile, middle of the road bean, it's a crowd pleaser. That's ten just right off the top of my head.

Love that they use Intelligentsia beans here! Their Cortado with oat milk was delicious, and I really liked the chocolate croissant (I wish it was heated up though because the chocolate was in a single sliver on the edge of the croissant). The staff was very friendly, and we were able to find seats easily for it being a Sunday. Great ambiance to catch up with friends or go on a coffee date.

The girl taking our order was super unfriendly and when my friend and I asked what sizes they had (my first time here) she rudely pointed to the cups on the side. Just looked very disinterested and annoyed the whole time we were ordering. I don't mind spending the money or the drive to this place but not worth it if we're going to be treated like an inconvenience.

Beautiful light airy cafe with incredibly delicious coffee. What more can you ask for?
