You're allowed to book and reserve with a debit card but you can't pick up without a credit card UNLESS you have an out of state license. Go figure.

Very rude and unprofessional the second I walked in asking about a reservation I had made for a ride-share rental, all attitude & no good customer service, how are these people getting employed without having any sort of customer service training, let alone having any sort of good people skills…. Totally unacceptable & unprofessional individuals working there.

They couldn't honor our pre-paid reservation because "They didn't have any cars". Told us they couldn't refund our reservation and we'd need to call Customer Support.AVOID THIS PLACE. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME

Absolutely amazing experience after getting the run around at the airport Budget. Ty is the absolute best!!!!!!! If you're coming to Denver skip the nonsense and rude people at the airport rentals and just grab an Uber over to Avis. We'd still be sitting in Denver a week later arguing with the airport rental crew if we hadn't discovered Ty.Thanks a million!!!!!!

Go elsewhere this place is misleading. I booked a Nissan Altima for Uber and showed up to there only being electric cars when online they said they had the Nissan available. I really didn’t want to bounce around so I took the electric car and it was honestly such an inconvenient experience in so many ways. I attempted to charge the vehicle before returning it and went through 4 stations that didn’t wouldn’t charge the car. I previously used these stations, and other cars connected after I attempted that same day. I took a video of all of this and tried showing the person that helped me at Avis, Brandy. She didn’t even bother to look at the video and just assumed I was giving her the run around and proceeded to charge me extra for not refueling. In addition to all this I checked my account and hour ago and that station charged me $50 per attempt to charge the vehicle! 50 x4 =$200 plus the $84 Brandy charged me for not re charging the car. Don’t go to this location and DONT go electric for Uber, you’re gonna loose money !

This owner is a thief. I rented through uber and they are to charge my card on my roll over day $436.xx. They out of nowhere send someone after me stating the car is stolen and when I call and inquire about what was happening they had no idea and said the car needed to be returned. So i did just that. Turns out, they didn't charge my card for the last 3 weeks and wouldn't accept payment only to turn around and put my account in the negative by $2500!! They say my bank wouldn't authorize the payment and yet they were able to do this. Seems a bit fishy if you aske me! They won't send me a bill or give an explanation as to why they did this or how only that they were able to push this payment through. So how could you not get the payment for the week with the money in the bank but able to do this with no funds in there (this isnt my first roadio with this owner so I cleared my account beforehand). I will be reporting their company for fraud and fighting them in court. Be careful out there with avis particularly with this specific owner.

The worst experience I have ever had with any rental agency. The agents at this location can lie to your face. The "highlight" of this location is the agent Melissa, who apparently thinks that her role is to give her customers a hard time.The cars are poorly maintained. The car I rented needed major repairs, including the replacement of two tires and the brakes. Shockingly, Avis refused to authorize the repairs.If you can, you may want to go to another rental location or company.

Thus lady upfront was literally good for nothing. I had a reservation already when I showed up she said she didn't have any vehicles tried to get me into an electric car or prius and both were more expensive than my reservation. She was more concentrated in eating her sandwich than helping the customer.

You never know who people are until you're in an unfortunate situation. Lmao its funny that the people responsible for your transactions and upkeep of the cars are Bigots and cowardly individuals. The extent of disrespect that employees go to is childish and unprofessional. In my experience its the people who can afford the cars are the worst. Have a blessed day. Stay humble everyone

Staff is friendly, and the checkout/in process was smooth, though it felt petty to charge me a refuel fee when I returned with one less gallon than was needed. So, make sure you overfill

Avis is a perfectly fine company, this location is so run down its frightening, the facility is crumbling and absolutely filthy. You will not feel safe in this location, but that is a choice - the actual facility conditions are on AVIS and they are in desperate need of attention to say the absolute least.

The rental agent was great, easy to get the car and return it. I was given a free upgrade since they were cleaning a smaller model car. With taxes, I paid about $30 less than the amount estimated when I reserved it. Overall great experience!
