Staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Quick check out and check in. RV was nice and clean inside. The only negative part of our experience was that our batteries died during the first night of our trip, which meant our fridge died and we woke up to all our frozen food, defrosted. We were in Rocky Mountain National Park, and were about 20min from the closest Napa Auto Parts (but thankful the B&B staff were helpful finding the closest place to replace the batteries). So thankfully not too far, but the hassle of packing up and cutting our hiking day short the next day so we could drive to Napa, was inconvenient. And our only compensation was being reimbursed for the 2 batteries we had to replace (a little over $400). So not the best experience, but, ok.
Updated: Staff reached out to us and emailed a form asking how much I wanted to be compensated. They then refunded us for what I asked for. They were quick and responsive.

I bought my Oliver Legacy Elite II from B & B RV. It was a simple and pleasant experience. Tim and Tom were very helpful. Tim provided a thorough walk-through and even coached me a bit on my backing-up skills. I would recommend B & B RV to anyone. Thank you!

We had a great experience buying our camper with B&B; however, their service hasn’t been that great. The wiring to the electric trailer brakes on the underside of my camper had been severed. and when I took it in to have the brake wiring repaired, they did the bare minimum to fix the problem. They didn’t restore it to its original condition and they left what was originally a vulnerable spot more vulnerable to damage. Their labor rates are $190/hr, so I expected a better quality job.

Just bought our first travel trailer and had the best experience here. The owner was awesome to work with. We are so happy with our purchase!

We purchased a used RV from B and B and would highly recommend! Tim was our sales person and he went above and beyond to ensure all was good to go! We would definitely do business with B and B in the future!

We recently rented 7 RVs from B&B RV in Denver, CO, for a large group trip, and we were thoroughly impressed with their service. All RVs were in excellent condition, with most being nearly new.
We highly recommend opting for their comprehensive rental packages (Works Package, Value Package, and Standard Package), which include everything you need—kitchenware, bedding, foldable chairs, a toaster, and even a capsule coffee machine. In previous rentals from other companies, we had to spend time and money buying these items at stores. With B&B RV, everything was conveniently provided, saving us significant hassle and expense.
The check-in process was incredibly smooth and fast. Unlike other rental experiences where we couldn’t leave before 4-5 pm, at B&B RV, our official check-in started at 12 pm, and by 12:45 pm, we were already on the road. This efficiency allowed us to start our adventure much earlier than expected.
Highly recommend B&B RV for their quality service and well-maintained fleet!

I've rented with B&B two years in a row and I always appreciate their customer service and attention to detail. The RV we rented this year was great for our annual family trip up to the mountains and it drove great. Thank you for the great experience and service!

Buyer beware! B&B RV sells junk and lacks the capacity to service what they sell.
My wife and I purchased a camper from B&B in August of 2023. When we got the camper home, we had a rainstorm. Water was pouring in through a window soaking the bed. We took the camper back and we were told that a seal was bad, and they removed it but forgot to replace it. They fixed the window and steam cleaned the mattress even though we asked for it to be replaced since it had never been used. One year later, there are still water stains and an odor in the mattress.
The first trip out it was obvious that there was absolutely no quality control prior to us receiving the camper. We had 10 major issues and one minor issue that were very obvious and there is no way the camper should have been allowed to drive off the lot. Immediately after our trip, we contacted B&B and they got us right in to fix the problems. When we picked up our camper after repairs, we had to clean up all of the construction dust from the kitchen area where they had to do repairs as they were too lazy to clean up after themselves.
We immediately took the camper on another trip and discovered several additional new problems. Again, we contacted B&B and dropped off the camper just after Labor Day. Well, after going back and forth with In Tech and the manufacturer of the broken equipment for the warranty, we finally got our camper back in April. When we picked it up, they assured us that everything was working. We have a big trip planned so we took the camper out for a quick overnight to make sure everything was good to go. Another electrical issue arose that had never happened before. A fuse was blown and every time it was replaced it would immediately blow out, effecting two fans and two USB outlets. The water pump also stopped working which was a problem that had supposedly been fixed the first time it went back for repairs. We took it back yet again with the assurance it would be an easy fix. With a big trip coming up, I took a day off work and drove a total of three hours (again) to pick up the camper. I took it home and discovered that the ground issue had been fixed, but one of the electric fans on that circuit still did not have power. On top of that, there was fiberglass dust everywhere in the kitchen for us to clean up. Additionally, they had to get under the bed to access the water pump and electrical system. The service techs could not even put the mattress back on the bed, it was thrown half on half off the bed pressed up against a closet. Nothing says, “we care” like leaving a massive mess for your customer to clean up.
Overall, I will say that everyone at B&B was very nice and made like they wanted to help, but the staff is grossly incompetent and there is no quality control whatsoever. I still have a month and a half left on my warranty and I am forced to go somewhere with a competent service staff and pay to have electrical work done. When I spoke to Nick, the General Manager on the phone, he actually wanted me to drive another 3 hours round trip. When I told him that I would never return to B&B, all he stated was, “Well, I guess there is nothing left to talk about.” Not a care in the world that he manages a shop that is so unprofessional. We are so disappointed that we spent so much hard-earned money on such a lemon of a camper and there is no sense of customer service, and no one cares. The most unhelpful shop I have ever done business with.
Avoid this business. Save the headache and frustration.

Great experience! Bought an Intech Flyer Purse. Tom went out of his way to answer my questions and all the staff were extremely welcoming. Not to mention my dogs were welcome. If you are in the market for a camper or RV B&B RV should be yur first stop for a no hassle and no pressure shopping experience! Well worth the drive from NOCO!

I went there today for problems with my Intech Magnolia trailer still under warranty, they are an authorized dealer.
Although I bought my trailer in Quebec (I'm from Quebec) and I was only passing through Denver, they resolved one of the problems quickly and courteously. They even did what was necessary to authorize the repair from the manufacturer and I did not have to pay.
However, they did not have the parts in inventory for the other problems and these will have to wait until my return to Quebec.
Nick and Bryan in the service department gave me excellent service! THANKS!

My wife and I rented a beautiful 2025 Mercedes RV that was brand new. We were beyond excited to have this unit as we were the first ones to use it. Things went ok with the unit the first night but the next 3 days posed issues. The RV began to leak water from the fresh water tank and water all over the floor. The hot water heater also kept throwing an E8 error and would only give us 20 seconds of hot water at a time before becoming ice cold. We now had to decide if we should drive back 350 miles to have the issues corrected. The decision was made so we returned to B&B. Nathan greeted us that day and was very helpful. We told him all of our issues. Turns out the issues were the fault of a mechanic not performing a proper service to get the RV ready for the trip. Also, we were told all issues were resolved, but the E8 error continued for the rest of the trip. My wife and I had to take showers in 10 second burst to have a little bit of hot water. We understand things don't always work perfectly and would have been ok with an apology. We returned the RV to the dealer on Saturday and was greeted by Nathan in a very rude and hostile fashion. Nathan never once said sorry for to us having to run 350 miles out of the way and 350 mile back to return to our original location with the same issue of no hot water. We felt as if Nathan's only thought was to run us out of the dealership as fast as could possibly get us out. To add insult to this we reached out to the owner and he refused to acknowledge us or get back to us.

Great experience. The fridge stopped working for two days. Nathan was helpful in getting it back up and running. Plenty of room and comfortable. Drivable wasn’t the best for our trip, but it was easy to drive. The only complaint is road noise, not sure if this across the board with drivable RVs. The only nice to have with the rental would be an outdoor kitchen.
