Atty Bailey was diligent in having my case reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor. He was informed, available, Non judgemental, supportive. Knew his stuff! Fees reasonable.

Mr. Bailey is, in my opinion, the worst possible choice you could make for criminal defense counsel. He was appointed to my criminal case in Denver and refused to show me items from the court record and discovery. He has no respect for due process and he has no problem working with prosecutors against his clients to knowingly and willfully deny them their constitutional rights.

Absolutely horrible, do not hire Mr. Bailey for a criminal defense. He refused to show me parts of the discovery in my case. He does not care about his clients fair trial rights. I fired him before trial. Don't make the mistake of trusting him with your case.
