The restaurant was beautiful, the food was decent but for the price I feel like there are a lot better option with more variety on the menu. Our waitress was a lot of fun and had us laughing throughout our meal. If I lived in the neighborhood and there was a lunch of happy hour deal I could see myself going back but don't see myself making the drive back despite the wonderful service and fun atmosphere.

Great patio space for nice days. We went on Sunday later in the afternoon and there were plenty of open tables. We enjoyed fresh fish and a flavorful roll. I drank an iced and my husband got the margarita. My only complaint was that the margarita seemed small due to the glass being filled up just halfway. The restaurant is in a fantastic area! Definitely recommend visiting to eat/drink.

A beautiful restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The service overall was great with a few kinks. We started with gomae - blanched spinach, sesame-soy dressing and ordered the Tomodachi platter that could serve 4-6 people, but we ate it all with just 3 and weren't stuffed. It included several hosomaki rolls (tuna, salmon, negihama), sashimi, nigiri, spicy tuna crispy rice, green machine roll, sunset roll, and garden of Eden. Overall the food was fresh and the mocktails were delicious. I ended my meal with green tea. During the end of the meal soy sauce was spilled by the waiter at a table next to me and it got all over the shoes and ankles. It went unacknowledged until I stated cleaning my leg the napkin. Otherwise the experience would've been 5 stars.

Bamboo, I love you! You make me happy. I'd go everyday if I could. Everything I've tried on their menu has been outstanding. I love the green machine (add salmon), garden of Eden, and the full circle rolls. Their nigiri is so good and fresh especially the king salmon. The crispy rice is unique and delicious! The cocktails are wonderful and they have a large selection of sake. Highly recommend doing the group tasting menu option.. it is a really great value! We've gone on date nights, gotten take out, and taken friends and every time everything is consistently great!

we live in the area and bamboo is our favorite local restaurant! dine in, take out, lunch, happy hour, dinner: it’s always great!highly recommend the friday the 13th, rainbow, and unicorn rolls. miso soup and crispy rice are other favorites.Vegetarian options: we have come here with our vegan/vegetarian pals and they love it as well! they recommend green machine and crispy rice.

Okay I came here for my Birthday and... wow. This place is has some of the best sushi I've ever had and really great cocktails. Very cute and classy vibes. Great for a date night, or a night out with the pals. 10/10 service from the host to servers and chefs.

We arrived for dinner to no hostess and just waited around until someone came by. They said they were looking for a takeout order that had no label. Cool. It looked packed but we were able to get a table fairly quick. Too bad our waitress was extremely rude. She was giving attitude about a question I had about the menu, which she ended up being wrong about in the end. Then she forgot our order and we had to wait twice as long for our sushi. The funny part is she tried to act like she was “checking on our order”. The sushi was decent but combined with the price and service it was definitely not worth it to dine here. Just avoid this place.

Understaffed, reservations are walk Ins. Good food but the price and service are light years away. As the place got empty service still remained very slow, disappointing place has potential.

Had a bad experience. White red hair host was super rude, had a group of coworkers and 2 Hispanic arrived first to the place. They were ignored completely until we arrived (bunch of whites) and then we were greeted and offered a table? We also saw how you ignored Delivery Drivers.. because they are Hispanic or Afroamerican? Is that such a coincidence that my coworkers and the delivery drivers got the same disrespect same day? We definitely believe everybody should be treated equally and for sure here there is a big preference for white customers. Food is ok, we have been in better places with a much better variety and prices. Servers were mediocre at best. They were chatting and gossiping rather than provide a better service. Spent a bunch of money but we just got that bitter experience with the host and the discrimination.

I came to Bamboo with my friend who lives in the area. I was visiting her from New York and she mentioned that we had to make time to get sushi here. Our waitress was Kait who was very kind and attentive. For an appetizer we split the mixed green salad (not pictured but so good) and the spicy tuna crispy rice which were both filled with delicious flavor. Due to our hunger level, we only ordered one special roll to split. We got the Garden of Eden roll which was so amazing. It was the perfect amount of food to split. One more roll would have been ordered if we were hungrier. Definitely would want to come back the next time I'm in Denver!!
