Ashley, the manager, is awesome. Not only did she handle running the front by herself, she was extremely helpful. The issues I had were easy to work through with her because walked me through everything. I left the store very pleased and lighter. Thanks Ashley!

BOA is the worst. The store hours are not long enough. They need to have at least 1 day a week that they are open until 6 for people who work the same hours as the branch is open. When you try to call the customer service department they make you wait on hold for an hour then they cant help you and transfer you to someone else to wait on hold for another hour then they cant help either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING BOA AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST! Try a credit union as your bank.

I set an appointment through my BofA app with Samba Ndiaye earlier this week and had a great experience. He was personable, a good communicator, and very efficient. I will be sure to visit him again when I open another small business account this month. Cheers!

Horrible Bank the manager Cierra has no idea what she’s doing - they couldn’t figure out how to link my accounts even though they said it would be linked after 24 hours and she didn’t say sorry for the inconvenience of this as I have employees to pay nor knew how to fix the problem just gave me a phone number to call and have me fix it myself even though this is their issue to fix. Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of no one answering the phone calls ever.

I have always had a positive experience when going to this branch. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. At my most recent visit, I was helped by Samba. He walked me through the whole process while making changes to my account and overall had a very positive and kind demeanor. He was a delight to work with!

Worst bank in history-I got a check from my attorney here in Denver, and his bank is located here as well. However, Bank America lies to me telling me my check will be available in 2 days, then I find out they placed a 2 week hold on my attorney’s check. I think I should have my lawyer have a chat with Bank America

Every time I go there they are not ready when they open. It takes at least 15 minutes for a teller to be ready at the stand. Now they are closed on a snow day in which there was barely any snow sticking yet. It is Colorado you know!

Worst banking experience ever every time I come in here there's only one bank teller working. Always one lady up front greeting people sitting there not doing anything it looks like to me don't go in around 11:30 because you won't be able to do any business until he gets back from lunch. Set aside at least 45 minutes to do any business here. I would never use these as a personal banking institute and only use them due to business purposes that are out of my control.

Stay away from this branch!!!! First I was in there with ppl we were selling a camper to and needed contracts notarized, the gentleman working with us had made mention of how much was in my account in an attempt to up sale me in front of everyone! There was no discretion! So unprofessional to state this in front of everyone!!!Also was in there yesterday 11/10/22 trying to get info on why a cashiers check that I deposited that had verified funds, was placed on a 8 day hold. The blond lady with shoulder length hair and glasses working the front stated it was because there weren’t enough funds in my account to cover the check. And I would either need to wait the 8 days or deposit the same amount of money to match the amount of the check. Which is a cashiers check with funds verified from the bank of origin. She was unwilling to call the other bank (which I had a contact who was willing to confirm these funds) or help me in any way because as I was talking to her, the bank had food delivered and I feel she was just concerned about eating instead of taking the time to help me!!!I actually went to another branch right after, and was told they would need to research it, an hour later the branch manager called me and funds were available by end of day. No mention of having to deposit funds!!!

If in Denver use this location they have a friendly staff. I worked with Samba and was actually able to get things done. Overall good experience for what I was trying to accomplish.

Caution!! This bank will sell your personal info and will approve credit to people who are not you. In addition, they will force you to give personal info to multiple people and make you sit on hold for hours, to fix their errors that have serious affects on you. Do not by any means use this bank. It should be illegal for them to operate the way they do and anyone working for them should be in jail or on the streets. Again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

It's a bank of America what can you say. For those of you who are too young to remember Bank of America did a bunch of fraudulent dealings caused a housing crisis, and crash, and they were bailed out with our tax dollars. And yet here they are still doing business.

Excellent management. We went to another BofA and was turned away due to our check circumstances. This particular location was very helpful. Lauren was the manager and was very knowledgeable and professional. Additionally, Cephas, the business and relationship manager was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone.
