Bad experience. The service received at the branch was very good, however the card never arrived. There were many attempts to communicate, via telephone, changing the delivery address. However, the cards never arrived, and the worst thing is that the bank does not bother to solve their delivery. As soon as I can, I will close my account at Bank of America.

Branch was unable to send a wire - the second BoA location I’ve tried today. I am unclear what the point is in being a customer at a bank that is unable to provide basic banking services and will be closing my account.

Understaffed, only open until 4 pm and the majority of staff onsite are unable to perform basic services.

Chris and Ashley were extremely helpful getting my savings bonds cashed. Having an actual banking location & professionals help me through the process makes such a big difference. Likely will be closing my capital one account and keeping BOA based on this experience.

BofA has gotten worse and worse over the years. They effectively have no services that they are able to perform onsite.

Been standing in line for an hour. Still standing here. They have one teller. One. Multiple stations for tellers, and only one teller. This bank is dead, they either need to close this location or sell it. Huge waste of time.
