Worthless. I have this bank for one reason only, a fellow family member (older) who insists on it so they can transfer between accounts. Once my aunt dies, I will be gone. A transfer of a check -- from another bank, took 9 days to get into my account. Nine. I got every BULLSHIT excuse on the planet for why it happened. Add onto the fact that this relic of a bank still doesn't have instant transfer for Venmo, like 99% of all banks in the country do, and you see what I'm talking about. Worthless. Avoid.

Really behind the times. Setting up online banking was a headache, and then I found out I had to get a separate approval to do mobile deposit, which is limited to $2000. My credit union limit for mobile deposit is $8000, and that function never required any additional approvals. Also said they were sending me a debit card, only to find I received some pamphlet I had to sign and date multiple times and mail back, for an account that has been established for a very long time. 2-3 hours of my time fighting with their website and app, and multiple phone calls just to do online bill pay is not a good customer experience. They also charge a monthly fee for online banking, but my credit union offers it at no charge. Bank of Denver just makes things unnecessarily complicated and doesn't seem to have much faith in their own customers (i.e. mobile deposit needing separate approval, and not automatically included with online banking). This is a joint account with my elderly father, who has been with this bank for over 50 years, if it were up to me I would close the account and move it to my credit union instead. The employees I've talked to have been pleasant, but sometimes seem like they are struggling to help, and are having to work within some very archaic and hyper-conservative policies. Bank of Denver is really out of touch and not at all competitive with other financial institutions, especially credit unions.

Things have only gotten worse from where I left off below. I now seem to be stuck in some bizarre password reset loop where I attempt to login with the new password I created from the previous experience only to be told my credentials are incorrect again, which locks me out and starts the cycle all over again. Of course the call center is closed for holidays and I'll be without the online capabilities we all need to function in the modern world for the next few days. Hands down the worst bank I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I pray the HQ's burns to the ground with all their records and they are left just as frustrated, muttering to themselves "but I just changed it. Why isn't it working!?"They are not accountable to their customers. They do not provide 24 access to a human in case of an emergency and they make mistakes. Do yourself a favor and bank with a national bank. They cannot provide the most basic account services/features I've come to expect from larger banks. They cannot scale their operations to do things like staff a 24 hour call center, and that is providing quality customer service in my opinion. Being available when your safeguards get it wrong, and they did get it wrong, that's customer service. Holding a customers money hostage is not. Not supplying a customer service number on whatever this card is that they gave me isn't either. It does however state that they may cancel or limit its use at any time though. Well let me save you the trouble by taking care of that myself. Whenever you're available of course. In the meantime I'll try to make the best of being out of town without the ability to access my money.

Trading Bitcoin and Forex with a trusted account manager is what can make your dreams come through. For me Mrs Peggy Abbott has the best trading strategies to win. I never believed on any post recommending online trading until I gave a try and the outcome was great for me. Making $17,750 out of $4,000 was a whole lot of profit for me.

As I was having lunch today with a colleague who was searching for a small but reputable bank to migrate an online account to as his growing business isn't just him in his garage on weekends its now a brick and mortar shop with 2 employees, Bank of Denver has ended up on the short list. There's one nagging question...why no respond to Alexs review about the sudden departure from a long standing practice of no holds on known deposits from a long known customer?

So many errors and problems in only 6 weeks of having an account here. No one responds to calls or emails. They don't allow anyone in to the lobby so you can't speak to anyone face to face. Makes it really frustrating when they won't contact you back. Mae, Zabeth, etc all were all contacted. I will be taking my business elsewhere...if I can get someone to actually close out account and get me a check from accounts! Is there actually a bank with worse customer service and ineptitude than this Ban?
