This bank let my dads new wife setup an account for my minor son. She was never the guardian. They never checked and now she's stolen the money from my son. They refuse to help or admit their wrong doing.

Absolutely no customer service. Took a 20% loss on my investment. To close out is an uphill battle. It takes them seconds to lose your money. To get it out of them takes weeks. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Loan officer Bo Brown seemed nice at first. Asked him 10 days before closing if we could move our first payment to the following month. No reply. Asked again 5 days before, nothing. Once they get the paperwork, they are done helping. Now my mortgage is due three weeks after I bought the house. The other two homes that I have bought we have had around 45 days or so. The least he could've done was say "no that's not possible, but instead he decided to ignore me.

By far THE WORST mortgage companies we've ever had to deal with! I have owned homes all my life and NEVER, NEVER had problems with mortgage payments until this company bought the mortgage. We pay the mortgage through our bank on time but the payment is somehow lost in their process and then we get a notice of a past due bill. Of course, they always want to charge us a late fee.Their customer service is nothing more than someone reading a script without bothering to listen to the customer. Our bank informs us when it sends the payment, but BOK always claims they don't have it so it is late. Forget their customer service and try to stay away from this company.

HORRIBLE. Our mortgage switched over to BOK and it's been a nightmare. The last 3 months we have mailed our mortgage payment weeks before the due date and our checks mysteriously disappear to the unknown. Customer service is no help, if you finally get someone to actually speak to before you fall asleep...They tell you to wait another week and maybe it'll show up. It never does. It's as if the checks are mailed to a landfill.

Came to write a review about how unhappy I am with the fact that they bought my mortgage loan and I see I am not alone. I haven't even made one payment and I am already so disappointed in their lack of communication and service. I too have waited (4 times as of now) for a minimum of 1 hour each time. All I want is my loan number so I can pay my mortgage. -Their system will not allow me to set up an online account without an account number.-I call for that and am on hold an hour or more each time. This is particularly maddening because my job requires I am on my phone most of the day. I can't really make/take calls when I'm stuck on hold which is in turn hurting my business. -I located the email address yet they do not respond either. -I have not received ANY notifications including: Calls, emails, mail, regarding this assumption of my mortgage. I only know because my former company has been more helpful than BOK. Honestly, If I didn't have such a great interest rate, I would refinance just to get out of this company!

Have been trying for almost 3 months to cash out my 401K- I have submitted every document requested and waited the allotted time (7-10 business days) multiple times. You can only talk to 1 person (there is only 1 phone number) and it's the same person every time, Larielle, who is no help at all, and who is quite rude. Get a different story every single time. No one can help do anything. Have tried multiple numbers found on the internet but they all lead back to Larielle. Terrible company when it comes to getting your own money.

Once again this establishment closes early and doesn't offer any updates. They are still listed online as being open until 5 but there's a little sheet of paper on the glass door after you travel across town to get there that says they close at 4. It takes 1 minute or less to update a Google maps location. Just seems incompetent.

This bank will nickel and dime your accounts. Stay on top of the fees and dispute them. When you go to close your account they will make it as difficult as possible and waste your time. Beware and find a different bank if you can.

You decide. They debited my mortgage payment twice by error. Nobody called, emailed - nothing. I had to discover on my own and call them to address. They claimed they were aware, to which I reply well why not make me aware as well of you error rather than just waiting to see if I notice? Then I set up a FB messenger cash to send and receive money on a trip with friends. BOK cancelled it "because of fraud" but again, nobody called or emailed. I email (through their banking mail feature) and they responded with basically, sorry not sorry. I asked to speak to someone higher up the food chain and they deleted my request. This is not the first time they have double processed a payment in error. I use to be a client of MO Bank and it was amazing. The service at BOK sucks and they are so crafty with their fees and features on their accounts you never really know what the hell you have. I have four accounts and they stopped paying interest on 2 of them - no idea why and if you think they let me know, I will refer to the other two instances where they should have reached out to me. Maybe it is a good place to work, IDK. All I can relay is that for a bank, I have never had a more terrible service for bank. I will terminate and take my money somewhere that appreciates their customers at least a little, which would be far more than this I couldn't give a Sh*t bank. I would also give them a negative rating if it were an option. Since that option is not available, I am posting my experience for the benefit of others.

Terrible bank. They purchased my bank Arizona Business bank, a few years back and every time I have an issue, there is nothing that can be done. Unexpectedly closed on Saturday, they can not raise the ATM limit, the representative suggested I collect the $1000 I needed from various merchants "cash back". Low mobile deposit limits, and no one in the branch that can help you. Must call a telephone number that no one returns your calls. What a mess. I'm closing my account this week.

Went threw the atm and the s*** didn't give me my money just a receipt showing that my withdrawal was done! Went to the window fukin J*** behind the window was rude said he couldn't help to call my bank! I have never had this happen now I have to wait 45 days to get my money after they investigate!!! Give me my money NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THAT BANK

They closed my credit card account after I moved and didn’t provide a new address soon enough. I had 58000 points they stole. I was paying my bill regularly as normal. They did not call or email me.

Been a customer of Arizona Business Bank for over 12 years. BOK bought them and i no longer have access to online banking. Applied for it online. They made me sign a form and mail it back to get an online account. That was a month ago. They lost the form and asked me to do it again. I went to a branch in Mesa, AZ, they made me wait 15 min and had no idea how to set up an online mobile banking account. Sorry but this is probably why traditional banks will disappear. Terrible customer service. When a business makes it virtually impossible to do business with them, I can't imagine you will do business for long...
