I have been using this branch for 15ish years. I go to this branch mostly because the location is convenient. For years the branch has been fine. The last three or four years this branch has become terrible. I have probably had 20 times in the last three years where I have showed up during advertised open hours to find that they have closed for an hour in the middle of the day. Today after waiting around for an hour, still no help. I wait in front of the door until a teller comes up and says her co-worker is late from lunch and she isn't allowed to reopen until he is there. I ask, "what time is this branch actually open, if I knew what time they took lunch I could avoid this next time. She said we take lunch when we can. Okay, have you guys thought about ordering lunch in? We aren't allowed to. Okay, how about one of you leaves for lunch, close the lobby & the other person mans the drive through? We aren't allowed to do that either. WTF! On top of all this, when you are lucky enough to show up when they are out for lunch all transactions take 20-40 minutes. You can be the only customer there, making one cash deposit, 20-40 minutes. For the 12 years prior those sort of transactions took 5 minutes at the most. Ridiculous. I think I'll start burying my money in a coffee can in the backyard, it would probably be safer their & I'd get better help.

I specifically switched to this bank for convenience. After unloading my baby to walk inside, I find that they are now closed on Tuesday/Thursdays. Great. So then I try to do drive thru and wait 20min for the person in front of me to leave when the man next to me goes thru the drive thru, removes the paper that was blocking the intercom (clearing showing it was closed) and proceeds to use it AND THEY SERVE HIM! Meanwhile, I'm now sitting in the drive thru pressing the teller button w no response with a screaming baby just to make one simple deposit. I left. I'm so less than impressed with this location. Be better.

Terrible phone service. SUUUUPER. long hold time and my account is locked. No access to money. Tried to unlock it online, but apparently my account is set up not to do so. I'll be leaving.

This is the worst branch of the worst bank I have ever done business with. The employees are rude and the branch manager, Courtney is incompetent. I will happily take my money elsewhere. It's ridiculous that with so much competition in the area, a manager would go out of her way to offend customers. Customer service is definitely not important to this branch. You're better off going to one of the many other banks or credit unions in Denver. Do not waste your time on Bank of the West.

Tiffany Alvarado profiled and was the rudest teller I've ever encountered. Even the other patrons remarked on her intrusive statements and lack of professionalism. I was considering opening a business account with them but this classless employee made my decision for me. I'm appalled by her lack of etiquette and candid remarks.

Tiffany, Neicy, and Jessica we're all amazingly helpful. Their systems were acting up and they still did everything they could to help me. These girls are great at their jobs, very friendly and genuine. Thanks again for being so polite and helpful.

These guys charge a $7.50 fee to cash a check written from their own bank. Talk about a f*cking scam! I hope every executive at this company gets aids as they are walking to their cars tonight
