Great instructors and challenging workouts. Programming is fast paced but after a few classes you get the hang of it. I love my classes with Ryne, Sheila, and Lauren B. ♡ Michelle is the sweetest and makes the best shakes. Locker rooms have Ouai hair/body products. Dyson hair dryers. Barry’s just hiits different.
