Doesn't accept digital Colorado state ID, so the guy who stole my wallet has a better chance at cashing my check than I do.

Walked in and asked for a roll of quarters, said that they can only do that for customers. I go to different banks all the time to exchange money for quarters and never have been refused by any other bank. Won't recommend.

This bank is so rude and when you call online service to get a new card printed they tell you that this location prints cards. Well I walked in and the energy in the room was not there. I was not greeting like a welcomed banker and still was able to get a new card from this bank until the following Tuesday. Do not bank here.

PNC bank has got to be the worst bank ever. After they bought BBVA, I would get numerous charges for services which BBVA offered as a courtesy. In addition they changed the nature of my accounts, so that they were subject to more service fees. No one at the local level has authority to reverse service charges, and the management back east typically denies all requests. I have since moved all my accounts and investments over to US bank, which is much more customer friendly. Avoid this ripoff bank. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.

Every time I stop here, they miss calculate the deposit amount and I have to catch it and point it out to them. It takes FOREVER!! Why does the customer have to run their business for them?

Terrible customer service, they obviously hate their jobs if they don’t want to do a withdrawal. This PNC is so slow! I do not like this location,usually the service is very good but this location sucks. The worker that was behind the desk looked like he didn’t want to be there. Poor attitude and the worst customer service. As a bank teller YOU are supposed to be respectful and courteous. Nowadays people are lazy. DONT COME HERE !

This is the best BBVA myself and my family have ever been to. All staff are personable, respectful and knowledgeable. Their customer service is phenomenal and fast. I've never had an issue with the staff itself. And any issues I had with my account the staff is 100% willing and able to assist me in fixing the issue. I recommend 8th & Broadway to everyone because I live and work in Aurora but always go out of my way to this location because they are simply the best!
