This branch used to have a drive-up ATM, but removed it about 6 months ago. Since then, the only ATM they have is inside the building. If you need to get cash outside of the bank business hours, you have to go somewhere else.

Jose and Jorge are great bankers! The corporate is sometimes laggy, but these guys always make everything right whenever I come into this location. Most effective location out of others in my opinion.

I’ve been a customer of this banking network since it was compass in the early 2000’s and this branch for over 10 years. Each time they are acquired, they get worse. First BBVA, now PNC. The banking app has gotten less capable, and more cumbersome. Even PNC’s ATM requires more button presses. Not to mention, they actually removed the ATM from the drive-thru lane.
No fault of Jorge or the other personnel, they mean well and try to help. But I CANT EVEN RESET A PIN TO USE ZELLE WITHOUT MAKING 7 phone calls and still getting nowhere.
If only someone offered a reliable banking app, there will be no more brick and mortar banks.

Some idiot tried to steal their ATM a couple of months ago and severely damaged it. This wasn’t PNC’s fault, but it’s almost September now and they still don’t have a new ATM yet..it’s really annoying and the other closest PNC has an out of order ATM too. Does it take this long to set up a new ATM? Lol

*edit. The ATM was removed.... why???? There is not one close... Smh.Had some transfers to take care of in person and had Jorge help me out. Great experience! Alot of folks reviewing seem to have came in right when PNC switched over and are stuck in the past. Cheers

So now this bank just doesn't have an ATM it can't break in instead of replacing it. They just took it away. Pnc is supposed to be a bank gear towards a t m transactions think it's time to change banks

Literally the worst bank to ever bank with, this is the third bank I had to drive to get a card printed and it doesn’t even work. I waited 10 days to get a card and it’s still not working. Online service won’t do anything and not send you a new card for 7-10 business days. So if you want a bank that never gives you an active card this could be the bank for you.

Most of the low reviews are not about this location but people complaining about a BBVA merger so ignore those if you aren’t a former BBVA customer.I need extra assistance and regularly go into the lobby for help with my transactions or call on the phone. The staff are always happy to answer my questions and help me get things done.The virtual wallet is a pretty neat account platform with a good anoint of flexibility. Other than that it’s a pretty standard bank.

Compass/BBVA were awesome. This branch (32nd) was awesome. Mirna, Cruz and Paul were so great to work with.PNC is a total nightmare. Customer service is from PNC has been a horror show. I had to pull my accounts and move them to Chase.Call PNC customer service or go to an original PNC branch if you want a fight. There's no help there. If at all possible, go into an old Compass/BBVA branch. They will try and help you.
