I’d like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Kinfe, the branch manager at PNC, for his outstanding service. He recently helped me open a business account and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Kinfe was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. On top of that, his friendly and welcoming demeanor made this the best banking experience I’ve ever had.
I also want to thank Salome for her warm and friendly greeting when I visited the branch—it left a great first impression. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind and professional. I truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service from the whole team.

Salome at the desk is the worst!! I gave her specific instructions on what I need on my cashiers check and when to Chris and he took care of me personally and correctly!! Ty Chris you did a great job.

PNC is a megabank like USBank or Wells Fargo with poor customer service and high unexpected fees. I set up a HELOC with BBVA and they sold out to PNC. So I'm stuck with the corporate wasteland. Now they are charging new fees not disclosed in the original paperwork. I went in a few minutes before five and they told me I'd have to make an appointment to come another day, gave me incorrect info, and informed me that tellers and bank managers have no ability to refund bogus fees. If you want poor service and hidden fees give them a shot.Josh was fabulous, but he's not there any more.

My wife Sue has had incredibly positive experiences with the entire staff. Josh, most notably. As a small business owner with occasional hurdles, Josh has always helped her successfully navigate with both professional and personal acumen. Highly recommend this branch for excellent customer service and friendly, helpful attitudes.

Went in to do cashier check and questions of fees around 1pm. The gentleman with glasses working the drive thru was polite and very helpful with everything. Thank you for pleasant experience

Worst bank ever. Opened an account to which compass said the funds were fraudulent. Claimed they verified with my other bank, who couldn't confirm any such verification. I was made to go to my bank in person to verify. When I did I was offered no apology or acknowledgement of any wrong doing Shelly and Julie in the fraud department are some the worst lying sacks of crap I've ever met If you need a bank go somewhere else. You'll be much safer and happier
