To explain, I decided to leave a Google review after completing the hotel's survey and a few weeks later receiving a FORM email from the manager. At least there was a response. But as I said in my survey review, the bad things about our stay far outweighed the good and I want to warn people. My husband and I stayed two nights after our week-long vacation. Below is a brief summary of just some of the things that went wrong at this hotel.* Our car was stolen! There is no hotel security! We parked in the first row directly in front of the hotel doors - which are large, see-through glass doors. And when I reported the theft to the staff, the lady's response was "there's nothing we can do about it." No further comment!* I found out the hard way there is absolutely no room service unless it's specifically requested. And even if you do request it like I did, it won't do any good. They never brought a clean towel, or coffee for the room's coffee maker, even though we asked for them.* We were unable to make coffee in the room because of a missing coffee maker part, and only decaffeinated was there anyway.* The mini fridge was not secured and whenever we opened the door, it almost fell out of the cabinet.* There was no Wifi - maybe you just have to get lucky?* You know those nice looking chairs on the front-facing balconies that you see from the outside? Well, if you're in a back or side room, you don't get chairs.* Balcony door did not lock.* Weird smell was in the hallway leading up to our room.* If you're used to a slow-close toilet seat, beware - it will just slam down.* The two halves of the window curtain in room were different sizes - sloppy!* $12 for breakfast buffet, really? Most places give a free hot breakfast!Holiday Inn Premier Denver East has NO customer service that we experienced. I think the hotel had a few positive aspects, but I can't even remember them because they were what you would expect at any decent hotel. My recommendation is to choose another place to stay.

I love Best Western hotels! When I visit one, I know right away what to expect from the room and the staff. This visit was no different in that everything was top notch. The front desk staff when I arrived was extremely nice and knew their job very well. The room was sooo nice and the bed was comfortable. If I had to have one disappointment is that my balcony seemed to be the only one without furniture. To be fair it was 40ish and rainy so wasn't going to be outside anyway but if it was nice that would have bothered me.The food!!! They have a Tony Roma's attached and handles the breakfast and dinner, haven't had breakfast as of this review but I will post dinner pictures.Nearby activities: Lots of fast food within walking distance.Walkability: So many places nearby to check out.Food & drinks: The dinner was amazing.

If you're looking to sleep in, look elsewhere. First, I will start off by saying that the rooms are very nice and clean. However, the walls are very thin and I woke up to the guest next to me banging on something. I can't fault the hotel for what their guests do, however I do take issue with their housekeeping. I was walked in on twice and the second time they didn't even knock. I stay at a lot of Best Westerns and this is the first time I've ever had that problem. I got into the hotel late after a long day of travel and was really hoping to sleep in. Having that happen didn't exactly make that possible.Rooms: Very clean and the bed is comfortable.

Stayed at this property while working in the area. Checkin was quick the hotel was built in a hexagon. Rooms were okay my first room had a sofa with blood . Second room was a little better. There are lots of homeless people in the area. Didn't try the breakfast.

I had a reservation at the radison and they had a emergency and they moved my reservation here. I called and they got my reservation set up. Upon arriving there was some confusion on if I had paid or not but they got it all straightened out and got checked in. Went up to the room got settled in. My only concern was there was 10 yogurts left in the fridge from a previous guest and also trash left in one of the trash cans other than that the room was great. Next to the staff everyone I interacted with was friendly and I was greeted every time I walked by the desk. I did not try the food on property. I would recommend this property to friends or family.

1 star because the amount of attitude was absolutely ridiculous. We called ahead and booked a room specifically for us and my dad's new puppy. When we arrive we find our room is not only on the second floor but it's carpeted. Balcony door was missing a handle because "they're remodeling" and not all rooms have access to a patio, then why have any patios to begin with? Only for them to call back saying we didn't say we had a pet when we told them we did and they themselves didn't listen and give us anything we needed to sign for the pet fee. Would not stay here again regardless how nice it looks

We ended up here because the Comfort Inn across the road did not seem like a safe place to stay. So glad we were sent to the BWP. Room was great, breakfast was delicious and getting on and off the interstate to travel the city was a breeze. The best part though was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, warm and polite. A great staff will always enhance your stay. Way to go Best Western.

Excellent hotel. Large lobby space, beautiful heated pool with waterfall spouts, large 30 foot long hot tub and balconies overlooking it all. All that plus Tony Roma's connected as their restaurant. Let's not forget the professional, friendly staff. You can't go wrong. KUDOS ????

Hotel was nice and clean. Employees are friendly. Just one thing went wrong, never got any housekeeping service for all 3 days. Even out sign on door to have room and cleaned and I got nothing. Had to go to front desk to get towels the whole time. Other than that it was

The hotel canceled my reservation right before I got there and there were no more rooms. It's 1:30am. I called and told them yesterday I would be arriving late. the front desk workers were rude to me when I was asking questions for why I don't get a room I paid for. Theyve offered us a room in a worse hotel in a bad part of town. So inconsiderate of me as a traveler, person, and guest. Now we will pay more for our Uber to the airport back in the morning because of their intentions and they won't cover it. It's now 2 am and we will barely Get any sleep now. I picked this location because it was easy and close for a quick turnaround. But now my whole night is ruined. Front desk night manager Melany - RUDE.

Stayed here for our first time in Colorado and had an amazing stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling, a great start for the day. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Will recommend for sure and stay here again as it's a great central location to friends and things to do!

This place has an awesome pool and hot tub too.Super great rooms with back balcony doors. A fine restaurant attached with many fast food options within .2 miles. Very nice place. Pet friendly. Deposit was released upon checkout. Staff are wonderful. Great convenience store inside hotel as well. Very quiet. The room we were in had a Jacuzzi tub with ambience lights in the tub. Super worth the money.

Marsha and Kimberly on the night staff were so helpful and welcoming after we arrived from our 14 hour drive. By far the nicest best western we’ve stayed at, rooms are very modern, spacious, and clean. Highly recommend!!! Right by freeway and plenty of food around as well.

Painfully clean and so beautiful for being the lowest cost of all the Best Westerns in Denver. We had a fridge and microwave, and a balcony. Location was great in reference to the airport and city center. Tiny Lyft ride to the train. We loved our stay.

I've been to a lot of best western hotels. This is by far the nicest. It's close enough to the airport without paying airport prices. Elizabeth at the front desk was very polite and helpful! Will come back again.
