i booked a room due to a blizzard where my layover was extended by every half hour until it was after the point of cancellation then when they cancelled flight i couldn’t get an uber taxi shuttle or anything to hotel due to severe storms. asked if anyway my apologies for the weather, delays and headaches on my behalf would justify a credit or any sort of accommodation. their response was it’s privately owned and should’ve known. hospitality over the phone is that bad i can’t even imagine how atrocious the hands on care is at the facility. sad to see compassion due to elements out of my hands can’t be remotely recognized or even a sorry i can’t instead a you should’ve known. didn’t want a handout but simply recognizing a storm that damned me from going would’ve been nice. spreading the word that hospitality here is non existent!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen or experienced. Leaving the airport I waited over a hour for the shuttle bus that comes from this hotel. ( by the way they never came I got a uber) When I walked in the hotel there was a horrible smell. All of the furniture in the front look like they have been worn down. My advice just keep looking for another hotel because this one is not it ! The hotel made me uncomfortable.

Great location but you have to be desperate to stay here. Stay down the road in the Gateway area south on Pena or choose another hotel. We stayed here and friends stayed at another hotel for the same price. Theirs was much more nice, clean, no construction going one, better breakfast (fro what we heard), had a pool that worked for the kid, and didn't pay some last minute fee to park. Better options out there, use them!

The worst experience I have had with a hotel. Do not give them a penny. Racist front desk person Stephaine who accused “trespassing” for sitting in the lobby prior to check in time. Called the police and refused a refund and only provided an email address to contact her manager, Elise. She then called me and said her manager “approved the refund” and to have our third party contact them again. This woman absolutely ruined our first experience in Denver. The property is completely outdated and boarded up as soon as you walk in the door. You also have to pay 10$ a day to park in their lot. RUN from this place!!!

The front desk clerk Zoe was Awesome, my family member was staying in one of the rooms and he was hard of hearing, she went to his room and tried to contact him, via calling and knocking on the door to get him up so he would not miss the shuttle. Unfortunately she was not able to get in touch with my family, but, she did contact me back via text to let me know that he did show up to the lobby on time for the shuttle to make his flight. Thank you Zoe for going the extra mile on this, Much appreciated!

Good location terrible staff. I highly advise using the hotels around there this one has very bad service and also very rude staff. It is also under heavy renovation so you will have an eye sore as well.

Great hotel for layovers. The thrill shift staff was very accommodating, kind, and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable.

The hotel was in a good location and booked through my company travel app. Room was dirty and the whole hotel was extremely dated, dirty and had a musty odor. The shower was bad enough I chose not to use it. Also attempting to get a receipt for my stay they couldn’t give me one since I booked through a third party. Highly recommend staying somewhere else.Rooms: Dirty and very outdated. Lock was broke as well. Bathroom shower was moldy and looked like they spray painted the tub with a rattle can.

This was not a good experience. I understand that you are remodeling, but it blows my mind that you can still charge full price for having ZERO amenities. It would have been fine, if our rooms heat wasn't broken (it blew cold air all night no matter how high we turned the thermostat, so I couldn't even sleep well. Nobody around in the morning to talk to about it

Horrible!!!!!! My daughter and I stayed for one night on 2/15/24 after a very later arrival to the Denver airport. We arrived after midnight and were exhausted from our travel. We checked in and noticed things were boarded up in the lobby etc. we proceed to our room and notice a very strong smell in the room like peppermint. The room was gross. Carpets and furniture so old and did not look like the booking photos. So outdated and felt dirty. No fan in the bathroom to vent the moisture and the shower didn’t drain. The chair next to the bed was filthy and stained. I literally had trouble sleeping because it was so gross. We finally passed out around 2am. We were awoken to the sound of hammers and power tools around 7am. They are under construction but failed to mention that at check in!!! This was the most miserable stay. I also had to give my credit card even though I already paid online so they can put a $50 hold. Low and behold 3 days later I have charges on my card that are not mine. This is a card I never use. So I’m assuming someone from the hotel got ahold of my card #. Horrible!!! Do not stay here.
