After buying a bike online, I needed a little help with some of the setup items - bleeding SRAM maven brakes, suspension tuning, rim pact, a better dropper post etc. Jamie and the team at Epic helped me do all the math to figure out the perfect dropper, got my brakes feeling incredibly good, set me up with rim protectant, and made sure to help me strike the balance of high quality and price point. My suspension feels more tuned than I’ve had it on any other bike, and I can stop on a dime. They were kind, educational, and fun to chat with! This is a a full service facility so if any future maintenance needs to be performed on our e-bikes, it will be convenient to do so locally.
