“The crew at Yawp are the best. Everyone there is super knowledgeable, yet also friendly and patient with my comparitive lack of knowledge. :) The shop is also just a really nice space with a chill vibe as well as ample parking and safe residential side streets to take test rides, which is actually a huge benefit if you want to shop for a new bike. Very glad to have them as a local shop!”

“Big shout to the rhythm crew for getting me back on the bike. Great crew that knows what they are doing. Turned my bike fast and it is working great! Much appreciated!”

“Outstanding experience from a Surly dealer. I finally got my hands on a Moonlander I’ve wanted since I heard about it, and the deal was genuinely great. What made the experience exceptional, though, was the personal service: he actually came to my house and gave me a thorough 101 on the Pinion shifting system so I could feel confident using it from day one. That kind of follow-through is rare. Knowledgeable, generous with his time, and clearly passionate about bikes—not just making a sale. If you’re looking for a bike shop who treats customers right and truly knows the gear, I can’t recommend this shop highly enough.”

“I really appreciated the extra help from DJ to get me in the right cycling shoes, adjust the cleats and see how the new cleat adjustment looked while on my bike. He spent time with me to make sure everything I bought was the right purchase for me and for my bike. Even as the store was closing he spent time to make sure the cleats were adjusted correctly. And he noticed my seat was crooked and adjusted that for me too. Thank you very much!”
