Wanted to try this out as yoga helped me out a lot before my stroke and wanted to get back into it but seeing the lack of different bodies (and colors) in the pictures made me feel unwelcome, what really drove the unwelcoming atmosphere home was the arbitrary, inflexible and a belittling “rules”, meaning no accommodations for people with disabilities or beginners that may not be able to perform certain poses, also nothing but water allowed? What’s it to you if I bring a sports drink or “coconut waters” to the studio in my own water bottle, do you get to take sips from my bottle to decide if it’s allowed? No leaving for emergencies prior to getting permission from a teacher? they claim to be a “college” but have high-school rules. This studio is in a sketch part of town to be acting like the Cherry Creek studios. What an unpleasant business.

The new team of instructors at Bikram Yoga Mile High is delivering a top Bikram class experience in a clean, spacious space. They stick to the dialogue, but also read the room and give effective adjustment cues. The heat and humidity has been spot on every time. I’m so grateful to be practicing at Bikram Yoga Mile High! This style of yoga has changed my life!

Discrimination and prejudice happens here - there is no yoga spirit in this studio. If you have any type of body challenge (such as seasonal allergies or asthma in my case) this owner will ban you from the studio and then threaten law enforcement action.Little does she know that banning people for disability is a federal crime under the ADA. Very shocked at the lack of professionalism and the mean spirited vibe of the owner.I've attended this studio for 5 years and one day the owner took me outside to curse me out about the fact I have to blow my nose more often than the average person and then secretly banned me from the studio because I started crying when she was confronting me about something I am absolutely embarrassed by. The owner never asked and had no idea about my health challenges, instead they just made assumptions and accusations about my character. Moreover, afterward she never refunded my 20 class pass which was almost $300. So this owner is also guilty of STEALING.Bad bad bad bad vibes. You can feel it and see in the decay of the studio, the mold and mildew, the just total lack of care for the actual space. I would go here *only* if you're desperate. I live two blocks away and will now have to drive across town for a hot yoga studio - I know I'll be much happier but but bummed to have been treated so poorly.

I read a review on here that it's in a bad part of town. Ummmm when did Park Hill become a bad part of town?? Maybe in the 80s.

A traditional 26 and 2 studio. The room gets hot as I like it. There is two showers in women's locker room. The filtered water isn't so cold and I prefer to bring my own filtered water. There is parking in the back of the studio. The only drawback is they don't have other classes like yin, HIIT.

This was my first experience with Bikram Yoga. It was challenging but I loved the class and felt wonderful after the class. I plan to make this a regular experience, at first one time a week but I am sure I will increase that over time. Before you go read the first visit instructions and follow them for the best experience. I also practiced the routines ahead of time and hydrated before and after.

I stopped coming....Not certain why. However, it is time to return in 2023. Can't wait to start. It was one of the best life choices I have ever made.

It’s so great to practice “hot yoga” at Bikram Yoga Mile High! Thank you Samantha and team. I am so happy to practicing with the best instructional cues, heat, and humidity. I’m already feeling improvement in my shoulder and hamstring after having done just a few classes.

I was delighted to find this studio a short Lyft ride from my air bnb. I took class here three days in a row during my visit from Austin. Kind and professional teachers, excellent instruction, and nice facilities. I also loved the studio puppy.

Sketchy part of the city but the yoga is unique. Hot yoga will give you a great workout and mental and physical challenge.

I go to this studio 1-2 times per week and look forward to every session. This studio is about discipline and practice. I always feel amazing when I leave. Absolutely love this place. If you know and practice Bikram you'll love it to. If you are new to Bikram it would be good to understand what you are here trying into before going.

I came to Bikram Yoga Mile High for my first and last visit tonight and could not recommend it less. To begin with, the people here do not answer the phone. Fine. The website says to arrive 15 minutes early, and no appointment is needed, so I showed up 30 minutes early. The owner herself showed up 12 minutes before the class started, making signing the form and orienting myself to a new studio rushed.Samatha, the owner, led the class. I believe she went entirely off a script for 90 minutes. I didn’t hear her give any encouragement or have a personal interaction with any student there, other than to tell me not to modify any pose when I used the wall for a standing movement/pose. Unfortunately, Samantha gave no additional instruction or offered any other advice. She just kept going on with her scripted directions like a TV personality reading from a teleprompter. As I was paying for the single class, I let Samantha know that I wasn’t sure what to do without the modification, and she flippantly replied that I should just do what I could as she continued with my credit card transaction. She could have avoided a poor review by comping the class, as she knew I was clearly unhappy with my visit.

I was new to Colorado. Has taken a couple years off my practice and wasn’t yet used to the altitude with my asthma. I told the instructor all of this before signing up and she still treated me like I shouldn’t have even bother attending the class. Like yoga is supposed to be uplifting and yet you made me so uncomfortable I never came back even after paying for a full subscription because your attitude was so rude. I would never go back and never recommend this place to anyone.

Samantha "has been to 12 countries" the yogi should find a new calling in life because she is not an educator of any kind. The hubris here was too much.
