With only two weeks lead time, we were able to meet with Lindsey, who sat down with my daughter and I helping design the bridal bouquets and boutonnières for her wedding. It took about two minutes, until Lindsey was on exactly the same page as us both!!
I am the lead designer for the oldest custom picture frame shop in Denver.
Believe me when I say that Lindsey is a master floral designer!!! It was like she was reading our minds!!
Two weeks later, the day of the wedding, we could not have been more blown away as everything was absolutely perfect!!!
Stunning, gorgeous, breathtaking!!!
The customer service we received was second to none, and, I might add…
All this took place during their relocation of their Cherry Creek shop!!!

We have been a fan of Bloom for years… Their store is so full of variety and beauty! Yesterday, I had yet another fabulous experience at the shop! Lindsey took the time to provide exceptional customer service. While, I’m not surprised, the fact that it was my birthday and she took extra time to make me feel special, was so appreciated! In a world where we’ve become so impersonal, Bloom consistently takes it up a notch and puts the “person” first with their services!

I can't say enough wonderful things about bloom and the gentleman who made certain that my flowers were delivered to Swedish Hospital ASAP. The flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS and the customer service was OUTSTANDING. I am very grateful as this delivery definitely brighten my dear friend's hospital room. Thank you so much!!!

I have never received a flower arrangement more beautiful than I did this Christmas from a dear friend who ordered from BBA. It literally took my breath away, and I removed all other decor from my table to display this work of art. I look forward to one day receiving another arrangement from BBA so I can see another stunning, original work of floral art displayed on my dining table.

Lemme tell you guys about this lady. I worked for Bloom over 6 years ago, but this should be known. I talked about her immensely to my therapist when I reflected on past traumatic experiences from racism.1. My name is Jade. Anushka presented a jade bracelet to me and asked, “What kind of jade is this?”. I said didn’t know. Anushka then said, “It’s dark jade. Like you.”2. I was told not to play “sad black girl music” in her boutique in Union Station. I was playing Beach House. They even repeated this in a meeting where I was the only black person present. “No sad black girl music.”3. I was a twenty year old girl just trying to work and this woman and her team made it unbearable for me. It affected me so much that I still have flashbacks from this time in my life.If you buy your flowers from her just know you’re supporting a racist.

This company does excellent work; we send their arrangements for our most important occasions and celebrations, and they have exceeded expectations every time. Their delivery is extremely responsive, patient, and professional; they were gracious and understanding when we had to make last-minute changes to our delivery, which was above and beyond on a service level. Couldn't recommend enough!
