This place is a scam. Literally denied my only claim to urgent care that is in network. Had a chest xray and a couple test for covid and pneumonia. If not resolved I will cancel my plan

Horrible insurance. Customer service SUCKS! They are good at taking your money but when it comes to helping you with your benefits they completely disregard your needs. I’ve been waiting over a year for them to resolve an issue with benefits and every week I get the same answer.
