If I could give this store zero stars I would.Boost's 1-800 number told me I would have to physically go into a store to complete the activation of my new phone and port my existing number to this carrier. (what?)I called this store on 8/30/23 because it's the store closest to me to get help with this process. The Hispanic guy that answered the phone told me there would be a $25 charge to activate my new phone - normally $35 (what???) and I would have to purchase a SIM kit and service for the number I wanted to port in.I explained that the 1-800 number had instructed me to purchase a SIM kit and the kit I bought said it came with a month's coverage, I just needed help with the port and activating the new phone.The dude literally says to me, "Well, it sounds like you've got it all figured out and you don't need us" and hung up the phone on me. When I called back, no one answered the phone and it just goes to some voicemail that sounds like a personal voicemail and not a business.Completely RUDE - who hangs up on someone that calls asking for help? Isn't that WHY you're in business in the first place- to provide customer service????Frankly, given the level of customer service I've received from all the foreigners that answer the phones when I call the 1-800 number as well as this dude that runs a local store, I'll be taking my business to another carrier. What a joke.It's really obvious that using a "cheap" carrier you get EXACTLY what you pay for and their customer service is just as ghetto and trashy as their service. Not to mention, being told I would have to pay an "activation fee" for a phone I already purchased for service I already have just sounds like they're trying to rip customers off.Avoid this place and use a different carrier.

Great ? store the staff were friendly knowledgeable plenty of items to look through as well as great deals available all over also the staff is both fluent in English and Spanish which is always great

Convinced to switch to boost here was on a time crisis because a dental appointment he helped us switch three phones in less than 40 minutes was way considerate happy I switched over if we got deal with people like Sergio

The manager said I was rude. She didn't listen to what I was saying. she kept saying you owe Sprint $22 I went to the Sprint store they checked everything. No $ owed. Customer service?

Kind of slow even if no one is in the store. Seen an employee pocket a payment from someone. Then when that customer went back to complain the clerk she needed a receipt for proof of payment. Poor lady.
