***DO NOT BOTHER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE*** Went in on 4/2/25 between 4pm and 4:30pm to transfer my phone number to my new iphone and a young man working there told me it's $45 to transfer my phone number. I told him that's to expensive to just transfer a phone number to a new phone and I also told him I'll find a different store that can do it cheaper than $45. This young man started cursing at me and telling me that he gets off at 7:30pm he got something in his car for me. All because I said that $45 is to expensive to just transfer my boost phone number to a new iphone. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Cursing and threaten a loyal boost mobile customer with bodily harm and a weapon he has in his car. That is totally disgusting unacceptable behavior for a boost mobile sales associate because I didn't let him make a few dollars for his pocket by telling him I'll find another store. It's all on camera for the owner to see. I also made a complaint with boost customer service.
***Update. The boost mobile store on 320 Broadway in Denver has lower prices for services and phones. They are very respectful efficient and professional towards their loyal customers. Spend your money where it goes further and your respected. Don't deal with people that are trying to charge you extra money to fill their pockets and have no respect towards you. Theirs a lot of evil people like that in this world but you don't have to deal with it..

It's sad to say that you don't value or care about your customers all you care about is money. You are just as EVIL as they are. The LORD will pay you and your employees back for the evilness you've have done to customers trust me. It's all in the BIBLE pick it up and read it for yourselves***

The woman who works at this boost mobile specifically is completely useless and an insult to anybody who comes in needing help. I’ve come in five different times on five different occasions and each time I walk in she’s hiding in the back until I yell “Hello? HELLO” And she comes rushing out, every time, disrespectful, and rude as hell. She was never able to help me with an issue one time!!! (the one time I set up two lines I was helped by a male associate)
Recently, however, I was eligible for a phone upgrade to an iPhone. Boost mobile sent me a new iPhone 13 however it’s locked and I’m having trouble transferring the SIM. This review is warning you and others of the woman who works here in her laziness, incompetency, rudeness, bad attitude, and when I walk in, she does everything possible to get me out the door as fast as she can, BUT WITHOUT HELPING ME IN ANY WAY.
She knows who I am when I call her on the phone and I feel like she’s more inclined to not help me specifically!!! Boost mobile, you guys need to get rid of this woman she’s an insult to your company, as her attitude towards customers (I’m not the only one I’ve seen her be so rude to!) and utter disrespect Is making your company look really bad.

I went to 2 different Boost mobile stores a couple different times each and they either didn’t have the phone they where advertising in the window or were closed in the middle of the day(crazy, no sign of “out to lunch” or “be back soon”), they were just closed. But I went to this location and David got my gf and I set up in new plans in the phones we wanted within 30 minutes and was answering questions before we could ask them.The other locations seemed annoyed we were disturbing their private time. But David was super helpful and seemed excited to do so. This is by far the best location. Btw…are you working tomorrow David, we need another charger and possibly a new screen protector….

The minute I walked in I was greeted by a sales rep with the name of Cristina, She answered all my questions and was very friendly. Best boost mobile I've been in!!! AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!!!
