I did not like the customer service I received here at this store very rude and tried to scam me. I was trying to purchase a new sims card and the customer service rep said I had to buy a new phone in order to get a SIM card I told him I already talk to customer support over the phone and they told me I can get one here. Fernando is his name is a scammer. I do not recommend this store personally. I ended up buying a SIM card from another boost store no problems.

I walked in (easy customer) knowing what I wanted..they refused to honor any of the promotions showing on the website saying that it was online only(it's not) this location does have Spanish speakers but at least the gentlemen I dealt with didn't speak very clearly in english..customer service seemed to be better towards the Spanish speakers that came in but it could just be a language barrier idk..ended up getting what I needed at Walmart instead.
