Jill is amazing! She cut my 5 year old mixed curly hair and did a fantastic job. She made my daughter feel comfortable and her place is very sweet, beautiful and welcoming. I've been to Botticelli twice and both visits were excellent. Jill does a super job on my hair and the salon is very comfortable. An added bonus is the back massage machine that works while you're getting a shampoo. Great!Service: Haircut

I LOVE this salon. And Ariana is amazing. I have yet to find another place like this on earth. First, very few stylists actually know how to cut curly hair. I'm so grateful I finally found someone who does! I haven't had to use a blow dryer or flatiron ever since. Second, while there's a small staff and it takes time to get a consultation and schedule an appointment, etc., it's well worth the wait. All of the stylists are professional, warm, and attentive. And all of the product they use is truly organic and earth friendly. Third, this is the first salon I've ever been to that actually operates with a social conscience. They are clearly leaders in the industry, and it's so refreshing! I can't say enough good things about it!Service: Haircut

I love going to Botticelli! I have been going here since I moved to Denver a few years ago and always feel welcomed even though I was only come in a few times a year. I have had my hair done by both Jill and Colleen and I couldn’t say enough good things about them both- they always do exactly what I want and I always leave loving my hair. They are both kind and create a peaceful environment. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new salon!Services: Haircut

Talk about a hidden gem! Colleen was kind and talented. My hair looks fresh and clean. The salon itself is light, colorful, and welcoming. Excellent prices, as well.

This review is a long time coming I've been coming to Jill for years and have never walked away with a bad haircut. She is always accommodating even at time staying late so I can get a haircut. She has a great eye for color and I completely trust her

I am writing this review because I do not want another person to be misled by the 5 star reviews. I have been here before and saw Colleenwho gave me a great cut. I was happy with the cut so this is why I returned. However, Colleen wasn't available so I scheduled with Jill. I have thick, curly, medium length hair and it took her only 25 minutes to shampoo, cut and style (if that's what you want to call it) my hair and it shows. I asked for long layers (with bangs) because I like to have the option to wear my hair straight or curly. However, when I got home I noticed instead of using scissors to layer my hair she did it the lazy way and used a blade. Anyone with curly hair knows too much razor cutting causes frizz and can damage hair. She basically butchered my hair. The only thing I can do now is to let it grow. Also, when I got home my hair didn't smell good and felt greasy. I don't know what product was used but I had to wash and restyle my hair. I felt rushed and the way my hair was cut and styled shows Jill does not care about her craftsmanship or her customers. It was an all around horrible experience and I will never go back.In response to owner.:1. I did not request to see you. I needed a haircut ASAP and you were the only one available.2. You spent 25 minutes on my hair not 45 because I looked at the clock when we were done.3. Yes, I agree, I did say I liked it & I even gave you 20% tip but when I got home and started to examine my hair it wasn’t what I expected. I thought maybe it’s just the way you styled it. So, I washed my hair and blow dried it again to no avail.4. I left you a message and you didn’t get back to me until the following day. I was happy to hear you wanted to see me Monday but late last night I got your message saying you couldn’t see me.5. “Regular sort of person” I don’t know what that means but I do know you butchered my hair! I was going back and forth deciding if it’s even worth having you “ look” at my hair because the damage is done.I take bad reviews serious because as a business owner I know how it can affect the business. I was looking forward to editing my comment since you wanted to make things right and maybe this can end on a happy note. But, sounds like that’s not going to happen. I will not put anymore of my energy or time into this because life is short & I have better and more important things to do than to go back and forth with you Jill.Service: Haircut
