I just spoke with Tom at Boxelder Consulting, and he clarified some tax filing questions that have been plaguing me for years! He took the time to answer my questions and provide me with helpful resources for my circumstances. He is clearly a trustworthy partner and tax expert. While my issue does not warrant a contract with the Boxelder Consulting firm at this point, I know I can count on them for assistance in the future.

What a joke of a company. I reached out to them with a tax situation. I explained everything and also asked a couple questions. Tom responded back to me and we sent a couple emails back and forth. When I called him today and got him on the phone he questioned why I was calling him now, was extremely rude and disrespectful and didn't care to help or even try. He asked why it took me two weeks to actually call him and I explained my business is extremely busy and I'm usually at job sites from 8 am to 5/6 at. night. Why go back and forth answering my questions via email and then when on the phone he didn't even understand why I was reaching out to him for help. He completely turned into an extremely rude person and I would never trust with any of my business information. This business is actually laughable and so unprofessional. What a joke.

Spoke with Tom over the phone, call was a quick turn around. I felt like i got some great advice for the service and plan to follow. That is defiantly helping with not only the tax relief but the anxiety that comes with it.

Had a great consult with Tom Conradt who took time out of his morning to offer advice to someone who couldn't take him on. He could have brushed me off and sent me on my way to someone else, but did his best to offer good legal advice as I deal with an out of state department of revenue. He went above and beyond for me and I can only imagine the level of service he would give for those he represents!!

After seeing such positive reviews of Boxelder Consulting, I scheduled a free consultation to address a personal tax issue that has been the source of much stress and anxiety in recent months. I was contacted by Tom Conradt who, after listening to my story involving divorce and a malicious ex-husband, immediately assured me that my situation was nowhere near as dire as I’d thought.
It became clear that my case was small potatoes for Tom who normally deals with clients owing $100k+ to the IRS, yet he patiently spent our 30-minute phone call detailing exactly what steps I need to take to get myself back on track. He was incredibly kind and empathetic to the personal details surrounding my issue, and his professional help lifted a weight off my shoulders that I’d been carrying for far longer than necessary. I had been fearful that the advisement I required would cost more than the original hole I was in, but Tom graciously gave me everything I needed to know within our free consultation and requested nothing in return.
I rarely, if ever, leave reviews, but my experience with Tom Conradt and Boxelder Consulting certainly warranted a glowing one.

Tom gave me free tax advice for my situation, going out of his way to take time out his day to help me and my family when he didn't think we'd be a good fit for his services. What a fantastic guy. He set us straight on what we needed to do, putting us toward a path to fix the situation ourselves, even emailing me the forms I need along with a typed copy of the advice we had discussed over the phone.
If this is how they do business with people that aren't even their customers, imagine what they'll do for you if you actually employ them. Outstanding.
