I have been privileged to work with Brain Gains Therapy Solutions, both professionally and personally for the past 3+ years. I wholeheartedly recommend Brain Gains Therapy Solutions, especially Ms. Alexis Yero, M.S., CCC-SLP.
As the Director of a childcare center, I have seen Ms. Alexis go beyond direct therapy as she collaborates with other healthcare professionals, educators and families to create a holistic approach to communication care. Alexis is in my school multiple times each week and provides valuable insights and guidance on effective communication strategies and support systems that facilitate improved language development.
Ms. Alexis facilitates positive development and change in individuals’ lives. Communication disorders can profoundly impact a person’s quality of life, affecting academic performance, social interactions and even emotional well-being. Ms. Alexis advocates for those struggling with communication challenges, fostering a supportive environment that empowers individuals to overcome obstacles. By addressing communication disorders, Alexis contributes to not only linguistic development but also to improved social integration and overall mental health.
Ms. Alexis is absolutely phenomenal! She is an outstanding speech therapist and I can’t speak highly enough of her. Ms. Alexis has been working with my Granddaughter, Skylar, for the past three years. During this time, Skylar has made amazing progress thanks to Alexis’ care, hard work, and creativity. Ms. Alexis is thoughtful, educated and resourceful. Whenever we hit a roadblock, Alexis starts problem solving and using all resources available to her to continue making forward progress. She always goes above and beyond to help Skylar. She texts and emails me regularly with feedback, ideas and resources for our family. Ms. Alexis is passionate about patient education and has provided Special Education Advocacy services to support me with navigating Skylar’s IEP, and school-based accommodations.
Skylar absolutely adores her! It is not often that you find someone with such a big heart that also has remarkable professional expertise and an extraordinary work ethic. Ms. Alexis is a special person. I don’t know what I would do without her.
Ms. Alexis Yero, Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I hope you know the work you do as an SLP changes the world by changing one person's world at a time. You give kids and adults the chance to communicate—often because you're one of the first to listen.

Alexis' speech therapy clinic is exceptional, and as a teacher, I highly recommend her services. Alexis is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and supportive. She creates a welcoming environment that fosters effective learning. She not only helps her clients specific needs, she also teaches them how to be kind and compassionate human beings. Her dedication to her clients is evident, and my students have shown remarkable improvement under her care. I am grateful to have found such a committed therapist who truly makes a difference.

Alexis has been great from the start. She is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to understanding the world of speech therapy and Autism and getting the help your child needs. She has extreme patience with my kids, is very personable and they truly love working with her. The positive changes have been very noticeable since we started working with Alexis.
