SHOUT OUT TO KOLTON!! He quite literally saved me. My front brake system was fried so bad that I would have had to park it until next payday. He did everything in his power to make sure I was going to be back on the road safely while working with my financial situation! As a full time student and full time worker I wouldn’t be able to properly handle my busy week and a half if he didn’t do such a great job being accommodating. He did one hell of a job on my brake system and is overall an amazing dude! If I ever need car maintenance I’ll definitely be going back. Team was super nice. Job was finished quickly and clean! THANKS GUYS!!

It is questionable they aligned my vehicle correctly. I call the corporate office and they told me the district manager, Bran Riede, would call me. He did not call.

So I was driving down i25 and noticed my temperature gauge was peaking hot so I got off the freeway to let the car cool down. I saw there was a brakes Plus very close by so I pulled in and they did a diagnostic check for me with an estimate of $106. After they did the diagnostics, they told me my radiator was leaking and that caused air bubbles in the lines and I also needed a new thermostat. They gave me an estimate for over $1500. I told them I could not afford that and then after a while they came back and dropped the price to almost half. I asked them if they could just get rid of the air in the lines and top me off with fluid so I could just get back home to Thornton. They advised against this but I told them I have no choice so they did it for me for $85.00. I drove all the way back home, the gauge never moved from cool and the car sat in the garage all night and did not leak one drop of radiator fluid. I feel like they were just trying to take advantage of me in a desperate situation, beware.

I’ve always had good experience with this Brakes Plus, location, but the most recent visit they really went above and beyond my expectations. Koltan was absolutely top-notch in communicating and being dogged about finding me exactly what I asked for. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I called as a walk-in appt for an oil change and tire rotation. Autumn was very nice and professional when booking my appt. There was no wait, I dropped off my car and it was ready before the stated time. I'm not sure of the other man's name who received me dropping off the car, but he was very helpful, and the same with the other man who checked me out. Great customer service. This is why I return to this location each time I need my car serviced. Nothing like quality customer service.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my car in for alignment but after testing that they discovered the tires had been put on incorrectly when I had them changed from summer to winter and that was why it was pulling. And the cost was practically nothing I will go back for anything I need including brakes and oil change.
