The first appointment date was set up by email for March 31st, 2023. He requested a change to April 3rd due to "not having the right chemical he needed." Then, an hour and a half after I expected him and texted him to ask if everything was ok, he said "his truck overheated." We rescheduled for the next day. The next day, April 4th, he said "the truck wasn't ready yet" and rescheduled for April 10th. "We will definitely" be there, he texted, this time promising reimbursement of $150 for every day he had to reschedule. He knew that our HOA was paying for the service but he said it was to the customer that they were inconveniencing. That day's excuse was that he was "short a couple guys that day" so we moved it to the next day. On April 11th his "box truck overheated again." He rescheduled for April 14th and he canceled on that day because his "paint sprayer for anti-fungal primer didn't have a filter." This time he promised $1,000 reimbursement for the 6 times of rescheduling. Yes, he was aware that the HOA was paying the fees but said this fund was set aside to reimburse homeowners for rescheduling inconveniences, and claimed they hadn't had issues like this is a long time. He promised to "make things right with us." After the work was done and he was paid by our HOA, I followed up with the company. He requested we wait 60 days for some of their companies insurance claims to come in and said he'd pay us then, but it's past 60 days an still no payment. Please don't patronize a company that appears to lie repeatedly, doesn't have his chemicals, workers and equipment ready to go to his appointment commitments, repeatedly. He also said he'd send us a 10 year warranty for the mold remediation work in our attic that they completed, but after asking twice, they never did. I had to obtain it through our HOA. I doubt it would be honored though after all the run around and deception we already experienced.

Keith did a great job by us and a half the cost of a competitor. He stuck to his quote and despite a few challenges causing some delays (mostly on us), he got the job done in a professional manner. Would recommend.

We had Brother’s Restoration install a vapor barrier and insulation in our crawl space and Keith did a fantastic job! He was responsive when I first reached out for a quote, updated me on timing for scheduling the work, and was did an amazing, thorough job in our basement. Thank you so much!!! We will absolutely be using Brother’s Restoration for any future work needed.

In full transparency, i hardly never leave reviews but my latest experience with Keith and Brothers Restoration has left a very poor taste. Keith installed 10ml vapor barrier in my crawl space last Dec. He was fair, responsive, and from what I could tell, did a good job.I wish my latest experience was the same. I discovered a puddle of standing moldy water when switching out my air filter 3 weeks ago. As a first time homeowner, I’m clueless of what the issue is but my first thought is if it could have been related to the vapor barrier. Since it’s under warranty i reached out to brothers warranty. It took 3 emails for a response (phone calls were never answered nor returned). Then it took over a week for another a response to confirm scheduling. After finally scheduling a date (that was week out) Keith needed to reschedule last minute to a few more days later. On the day of that appt, Keith emailed 2 hours before our appt pushing our appt to the afternoon. He never showed up. I followed up asking when we could get this issue investigated as i had 2 other companies out in this timeframe. Both said it likely was poor Vapor barrier installation (not sealed on the walls, cracks on the floor etc). Well, i haven’t heard from Keith again and have ended up hiring someone else to take care of the issue that should have been covered under warranty.I feel that i was more than flexible, patient and extremely reasonable. What irks me the most was the lack of any apology and response after no showing and me following up asking when he could reschedule.

Great response from start to finish. Came in did what needed to be done, cleanliness. They worked while I was at work and finished up before I got back home everything was nice and tidy. We were supposed to get a vapor barrier install approximately a month ago. They have rescheduled five times. Several times, they even texted saying they were on their way and then followed up way after they were already supposed to be here saying they weren't coming. The last time they didn't show up and didn't bother to answer my text or call. Each time they rescheduled they offered a greater discount, which is why we kept trying.This was an incredibly odd and frustrating experience.

Brothers Restoration LLC was great to work with! Keith Peiker’s prompt, honest, reasonable, thorough, and reliable service helped us get this home sold without a concern for the Buyer and without major stress or expense for the Seller. I contacted this company due to a personal referral/recommendation. I will continue to use Brothers Restoration and refer them in the future.

We had a terrible experience with Brothers Restoration. They showed up late or had no-shows several times. They didn't communicate well at all. They tried to install the new flooring backwards and had to be told how to do it correctly. I was surprised at how incompetent/new-to-the-job the people who worked for them were. (They insisted that no underlayment was needed for the flooring we were using. That turned out to be false.) And to finish things off, they left without finishing the job! To this day we find evidence of their shoddy work.Highly, highly recommend that you don't waste your time working with this company; I surely won't.Notice the rambling, ?-response below. 50% 'discount' because they left halfway through the job. Do you want that for your house/place of work? The 2.5 years comment is irrelevant and a red herring. These people really are clowns.

Keith did an outstanding job on our home when our refrigerator sprung a leak over several weeks. My husband and I were so impressed by his cleanliness as he worked. Although half of our hardwood was torn up, he made sure not to track mud or mess into our home and We really appreciated his organization and cleanliness. His response time was great too! He able to squeeze us into his schedule last minute. We would recommend him and his company to anyone! Very fair pricing. Great guy!

First time they came out he was super nice told us to set up a fan and he would be back to check on things in a week. He wouldn't return my phone calls, he never tried to reach out, he never came back. Months later we had a separate situation, I figured I would give his company another chance considering the wonderful reviews. He answered and made an appointment for 1 on Saturday. We planned our day around what was convient for hi. He never showed up, never called, and wouldn't answer my phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I'm not sure how he has managed so many 5 star reviews.
