This is a family owned franchise. They rent cars also, not just trucks! The young gentleman I dealt with was so helpful, friendly and quick. I have not ever had this good of a car rental experience. Keep up the great work.

I just have to say what a breath of fresh air! Melissa took excellent care of me during my transaction. Her commitment to customer service was very clear and I can't speak highly enough of her. Thanks again and I'll be seeing you soon enough!

The two ladies behind the desk were incredibly disrespectful, condescending, and rude. Not only did one of the ladies laugh in my face, but she also refused to take my complaint! Lastly, they stated that certain security measures were in place because of rampant theft, and insinuated that I fit the profile of said thieves...I would never recommend this company to anyone. Pick up in AZ was a zero star, horrible customer service, very grouchy man running the place. 5 star for drop off location. Cs went above and beyond and was extremely friendly.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! The woman kept hanging up the phone after not even telling me she was putting me on hold. She answered and then put it on hold without telling me anything and I waited for 20 minutes then when I called she answered it 7 times and quickly hung up. Bad business and if I owned this place, she would be fired.

Somehow they booked my reservation wrong, supposedly corrected it but actually cancelled everything and couldn't offer another truck. This location has 1 person that deals with customer service well, all the others need to get it together

Made a reservation 1 1/2 months before my move date. I get a call the afternoon before telling me they don’t have the truck for me. No further help provided other than a corporate phone number to call. I called to ask if another location could provide me with the truck and they said I’d receive a call back within a couple hours. Needless to say I didn’t get a call back. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Wasn't happy yesterday to be told they don't accept chime cards for me to be told my reservation would be there the next morning. The man was very happy helpful speaking of their 300 cars, for the lady to be very crusty saying no cars and 38 people ahead of me. Why would the Uber app not state these things?

Didn't have the van i booked or anything else for me to take.... Then they charged me a no show fee of $75!!I should charge you for wasting my time! Terrible customer service.1 star is 1 too many

there’s one guy, who reminds me of the actor justin long, is amazing. i can’t rate him & his energy high enough.HOWEVER…. brandi….. her whole vibe is trash, her energy is all bad vibes. she’s petty & DISRESPECTFUL. she apparently looks down on anyone who is different, saying “people like you would just take advantage of….” umm PEOPLE LIKE WHO?it makes me laugh now but she throws her position around bc shes “untouchable” from any complaints bc she pays all the bills at that location. i have used budget for cars, trucks…. for all my needs and never have i had an encounter like i had today. i walked in, perfectly fine & left out thanking god i have self control.maybe she was just having a bad day, but i felt her whole energy off from the moment i walked in. after an exhausting few days, i did not have the time or mental caliber to deal with someone so unprofessional. not after having 18 years of customer service & owning my own business. never in life has anyone ever tried me as she did. i will never recommend her location to anyone, she tried to credit herself, “because of me we found you a truck.”mmm hmmm, with a check engine light that came on but she says that “always” happens. NEVER HAS BEFORE THOUGH.budget customer service did what they could to make it right. just go to a different location. i see now there’s horrible customer service reviews and i see why! save yourself the headache and go somewhere they’re respectful.also, if she replies to this- i will be ignoring it. my friend who was on the phone with me was appalled at what she was hearing from brandi’s mouth. straight up needs an energy cleanse.

Not the nice lady at the office's fault. Put in a reservation for a 12' truck. Showed up, no truck available. It's the same for Uhaul, so the parent companies are predatory and not good companies.And then a truck pulled up and Karissa, the nice lady at the desk worked harder than any I've seen to get the truck ready for me. 10/10 would go back for the customer service from Karissa. 0/10 would not move again.

This is for the Avis/Uber rental program. I paid out of pocket for maintenance of the vehicle and only once was the amount I paid deducted from my weekly payment. The weekly payment jumped from $298 to $350 without notice. I was cited at the airport for no Uber sticker, on an Uber vehicle. I didn’t think to look for the sticker because it really should have had one. Manager at Avis told me to go to the green light hub to get one and that place is 45 minutes from my home. I was t-boned by a vehicle that ran a red light in 8/29, and reported it to the manager of this location the night of the accident from the back of the ambulance I was in. I was taken to the ER via ambulance and the rental agreement was in the vehicle. I noticed yesterday that I was still being charged $350 a week for a car that I have not had in two weeks. Greg toldMe that he had to track down the car, so he could close out my contract. I had to ask him to track down the car and stop charging me. It was just yesterday that Greg made me aware that I needed to call the claim in myself even though he was made aware that I was in an accident two weeks prior and we had been in contact regarding same. That location is incredibly poorly ran.
