Received written confirmations for a moving truck three and a half weeks early, two days before, and two hours before. Arrived to be told they had no truck of any size for me and after :20 on the phone told someone would call me back in up to two hours. I’m President’s Club with Avis/Budget but this part of the business makes me question my loyalty.

If I could give -5 I would and honestly we will be contacting corporate and requesting a refund. I'll also be contacting Dot and Dora and everything else for the lack of safety and concern this place has for the customer. 1- truck had a smashed up wind shield, huge damage to the fender that almost completely prevented the driver side door from opening, no gas cap, check engine light on. The ac didn't work windows didn't work. Didn't have gas when we showed up so the employee had to go fill it. Gave it to us with left over food bags and food spilled on the floor. Like grow up what a waste of what could be such a profitable business is even 10% effort was applied by the staff. Giving us a truck like this but yet required a $50+ insurance plan coverage even tho my policy would cover me as a driver. Reservation was set to return at 10pm since it's listed with after hour drop off and a key drop box. We were told we couldn't do that even tho we booked straight from their website and not a 3rd party. This place is trash. If you want to die in a rental truck or get hurt and make millions in a personal injury and liability settlement this is your place. Any attorney would destroy this company in court soley off the negligence for the truck maintenance not including the plethora of other requirements and laws that this company is downright refusing to follow.

The truck that they hooked up to the trailer was not working. My son had to take off the trailer and they brought another truck and they put it together. It was 415 by the time that we left an hour late. The truck itself was fine. We returned the vehicle at 12 o'clock into the compound all of this is on the cameras, put it in the D section of the lot. The only truck with a trailer walked around, trying to find place to put the key, and there was no place to put the key . Again, you can see all this on the camera. We left the key in the cupholder. Less than eight hours. The next day they started calling my other son who did not not leaving a message to why they were calling they were calling him at work. The person that rented the vehicle they did not call. When the message was relayed to the person that rented the vehicle it was five and they said they couldn't find the truck like seriously it's in there compound is the only truck with a trailer attached to it we told him the key was in the cupholder. They hung up and never called back. Immediately there was put another day rental on my vehicle. On my credit card when I called they said it's because they couldn't find the key. Period on the contract says the name of the person wh cool and the game was not the one that they rented the vehicle to options we told them that that was not the from the correct number and the correct email don't worry about it it doesn't matter when I called to get the charges reversed. They said we had the vehicle two days we did not have the vehicle to Midnight the same day. They were too darn lazy to walk around the lot to look for the vehicle. They had the nerve and a density to charge for another full day's rental when I called back, they said oh they will bring this up to the supervisor. This is the worst customer service I've ever our own part. Too lazy to walk around the lot to find the vehicle.. I am disputing the charge, and I would never recommend budget in Langley ever again. The worst customer service I've ever had they like to play the blame. You can clearly look on the cameras can see us walking around, trying to find where to put the key and they could cameras where the vehicle was, and it was in a secure lot. I will never use this rental company again ever recommend them. I will be sharing this wherever I can.. I'll be updating this. To see what sort of customer service I get to repair this problem and credit be is F false charge on my credit card.This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!

Well this place is a rip off for sure. Needed a small van for couple of hours. And the price was 19 something for it. The guy said protection was required that I had to have one of the protections. Which the total cost came to about 55. However when you place it through online. There are no such requirements. Talked to a customer service rep, she said it’s optional the customer can decline. But this place NO, the guy basically up charged me and said the protection was not optional. I’d avoid going with this company.

Recently rented a car here and had a great experience. Owner was extremely friendly and very efficient at checking everyone in. Despite the long line was able to get our car quickly and had a great week.

Cheaper and easier to use than U-Haul. This website was right to the point. With U-Haul I spent 30 minutes saying no to all their stupid offers. Go budget

Rented both small truck and cargo van to assist with a current move this month. Very friendly mgr. Accommodates changes and extended rental. Great service. Have been a long time customer and look forward to more rentals.

I made a reservation for a moving truck over two weeks before, only to show up and only be offered a cargo van. I needed a truck, not a cargo van. Instead of offering to find a truck I was handed a flyer with a 1-800 number to call. Never using them again. Why make a reservation if your not going to have the truck.

I rented 2 16feet long moving trucks 2 days ago, they were loaded and I left for an 800 mile trip. And broke down 13 miles from the Utah border at 6:13 pm I called Customer Care Assistance and so far hav called them 3 times and have been told to wait for a mechanic to show up and Confirm I need a tow truck. Black smoke was pouring out of the engine the truck is partially on an off ramp. It is freezing cold and a snow storm is approaching, it's almost 9 pm and customer care that I paid extra for has given me about 7 minutes of lip service and 2 texts.

I wish I could give Budget a zero rating. After having a reservation for a month, I received a 'your reservation has been canceled' email less than 24 hours before I was expected to pick up a 16ft truck and car carrier to make a cross country move. Not only did they not call to discuss the cancellation, I found out it was because they didn't have a car carrier. SO THEY CANCELED MY TRUCK TOO?! After trying to call to fix the situation I had to wait HOURS for the 'escalation team' to call me (which took over the alotted time). After several hours back and forth on the phone budget didn't give me any discount other than the original price of the truck and a lame excuse as to why they had no car carriers after they allowed me to reserve one. Unacceptable. I will NOT be using them ever.

The building is pretty run down but not a big deal. The car was not clean when we picked it up. There was food left from previous renters, I assume. The guys at the desk were kind but not very helpful. The overall experience from both pickup and dropoff was fine.

Made a reservation a month ago. Went in on the date and time to pick up the 16' truck. They didn't have it. They said they would call me when it came in... they never called (5 days later writing this). We spent a good amount of time to find another truck on our own to move our family that day. Later that weekend we were charged $75, automatically, even though no services were provided, only headaches. Spent over an hour with customer support trying to get the charge resolved. Another 5-7 business day to credit our account back the charge. Too much time spent dealing with a company that provided nothing.

Car had normal wear and tear for it's age. The problem is that the car was not cleaned on the inside at all, there is spilled coffee everywhere. When pointed out to the staff, they said it was noted, instead of offering to possibly clean it. The staff had an attitude since the second we walked in. After a long day of traveling, you want a smooth transition to get the car and it was more stressful than it had to be. Small selection of cars.

We rented a 16' box truck for a 1 way trip from Atl to Den. When we went picked up the truck the lights didn't work. We had to wait 5 hours to get a new truck. Instead of extended the rental time to compensate for the 5 hours wait to pick up the truck we were charged an extra day rental fee at the price of $150.
