I made a reservation here for a rental truck and, after 10-15 mins of waiting, they let me know they have no trucks available. I called into budget and they told me it will take 2+ hours to find another truck? Why do you let me make reservations online and ahead of time and you show there’s a truck here if there’s not? I’m trying to move a long distance and I’m literally just sitting around waiting on you guys now. Horrible customer service. Very unhelpful.

Rebecca at the dealer was great! All of their employees were pleasant, professional, welcoming, and efficient. I'll go back here without hesitation the next time I need to rent a truck.

Terrible service. I made a reservation twice within the same week. Both times they told me they did not have me set up in the system. Both times they gave me an attitude and told me it did not matter if I had a reservation number. I was told at the secont location that I had to make another reservation over the phone. This happened at two different Budget locations.I ended up calling the company instead. I was hung up on. I tried again, then I was told I would get a call back from the inventory manager. I did not get a call. I called again to ask, and I was placed on hold. The system on their end went crazy. It gave me a disconnected tone that lasted a while before I hung up.I called again...I was told a call back from the inventory manager was never set up so they would have to set one up. I asked to speak to a supervisor instead. I was eternally placed on hold. I waited for over 30 minutes before hanging up. This company has no professionalism anywhere. I went with uHaul instead.
