TERRIBLE!! A scam. They do not follow reservation protocol and attempt to make additional charges to reservations.Highly understaffed and be prepared to wait.The only positive- the shuttle driver's. Gracious, patient and kind.

Great the agent in Colorado Springs was great. So helpful and the price was right. I will use them when I come to visit. Great friendly people. Keep up the great work it's so rare now days.

Zero stars! This place is ridiculous and has no care for its customers. 2 CSRs working and a line going out of the door. Just disgusting! Don't rent from them!
