The lady taking the drive thru orders had some great customer service skills. She was friendly and personable. I made sure and complimented her. So many people are ready to complain but they don't compliment either. They are making food as you order because you have to pull up and wait. I noticed this my last two visits. The lady that brought our food out was awesome too. Food was good.

Very sad that you can not go to a burger King and just get basic service. The manager was so unprofessional. I am not sure what happened but something was clearly wrong.i am sure working at a fast food place is tough but somebody needs to be sure the manager gets some training. This manager was angry and frustrated and was taking it out on us and her staff.

Go to a different BK. Took over 20 minutes to get an order of chicken fries, a chicken sandwich, and 2 medium fries. There was one car in front of us in the drive thru, nobody inside. Not sure how many people working, but while we were ordering, heard plenty of laughing going on. We didn't get a receipt either.... Convenient.

Pretty friendly service, though it took awhile to be greeted and approached at the counter. You know what you're getting food-wise and it's consistent.

Dawn the manager was awesome. All the workers there are kind, friendly and always smiling! The best Whopper Jrs I’ve had. I eat here almost everyday as I work at EchoPark right next door.

I went to this Burger King twice in a 5 year time period. Both times, I used the drive thru. It was just fine and dandy.

Ordered food from this location food didn't show up It was marked as delivered I called the store management to me to go online and submit a claim no chance of talking to a real human. No help was offered I'm out $45 and not happy I will be disputing with my bank and don't recommend giving this burger king your hard earned money. Shame on you burger king for hiring managers with zero customer service skills

Had a minor issue with my order (forgot my dipping sauce) and yes i know it was the store not the dasher because the bag was sealed.. Called to ask about it and the manager told me "go online for complaints not the manager." So here i am f you and burger king every time i have a bad experience.. I swear every person at burger king is either on drugs on absolutely gives no f's. Only censoring for google. Can we get 0 star reviews.. 1 star is too much

Went to this restaurant and was promptly told they are out of buns. And fries. And soda. And salad. I never thought I would be told something so weird.

I live 5 mins from this location and by the time I got home my food was cold, which I find odd considering I watched them prepare my meal. I'm assuming they assembled it cold, I ordered $20 worth of food and it took less than 5 minutes to prepare. It wasn't busy at all the time.

The service was great but when I got home I noticed that the fry containers were half empty. I was very disappointed as my burger was huge and I didn't have enough fries to go with it.

I’m so frustrated it’s 11/13/23 6:00pm l have a crying infant in the back seat and they took forever to hand us our drinks that were ready, just sitting there! I’m in a hurry to get home. As soon as I get home my toddlers kids meal was incorrect. I asked for a hamburger with pickles only and as she’s eating, she’s crying because it had only ketchup and not her pickles. she wouldn’t eat it. She was so upset that I just threw it out and one of our meals we had was missing fries. It’s simple tasks! It’s your job and you screwed up and it was upsetting! I’m a mom in a hurry that I didn’t think to check the bag before leaving the drive thru. So not only did I pay for food we didn’t get, but food we couldn’t eat because it was made incorrectly. And of course no receipt. So even if I went back l don’t think they would have fixed the problem.

Julie the manager had amazing customer service! She happily brought out my food and everything looked like it was organized and running smoothly. Will definitely come back! ?
