We ordered 2 cabinets and received the wrong size. This is after correcting 1 order and sending a written email and phone call for the correct size. Cabinets to go refuses to ship the correct size to our home. The customer service line took over 2 hours of phone calls and a full week for the refusal of shipping to be told to us. Lastly, we tried to order the correct size, so that when we returned the incorrect cabinets, we could pick up the correct cabinets, but the sales clerk never called me back or sent me an email confirming the new order.As an update. By posting this review I was put into contact with Molly. After a week or 2 of talking via emails, Molly was able to ship the new cabinets to our house and I was refunded for the wrong cabinets. I am glad that Cabinets To Go eventually agreed to shipping to our home with the correct cabinets, but I am disappointed it took writing this 1 star review to get the customer service I originally expected.

Brian TOTALLY knocked this out of the park! Laundry room cabinets and bathroom vanity’s purchased. Couldn’t ask for better customer service!! He is fabulous and I highly recommend him and Cabinets To Go!!

I am very pleased with my experience here, I've come in several times and each time I leave I was more confident. Ace helped me out first, but I ended up receiving helpful service from the rest of the team when I called or visited without notice. My kitchen is amazing, they were able to get me the color and style I invitationed. Highly recommended!

We decided to renovate our kitchen and did not have an appointment. We were walk-ins and worked with Claire. She took her time and did a great job designing our kitchen. We went back and made several changes and she was great. If you were going to this location definitely work with Claire, she knows her stuff and has a great personality.

A great selection of high quality in stock cabinets, made it easy and so quick for delivery helping bring our project to life. When changes had to be made, return process and reorder was easy. Ace was AMAZING at helping to bring my vision to life, made recommendations and adjustments, had a great eye for design. Very patient as we finalized the design and made changes, very professional and clear passion for his work and the product. Highly recommend. We went with metro gloss white for wall cabinets, and Shaker grey for base. I love them both but my favorite is definitely the Metro Gloss white contemporary design. They look sleek, and modern. Impressed with the quality and value. Highly recommend and would use them again.

This review is on their flooring sample size/price which is clearly set out to make money. I ordered sample on their website for $16.61 and free shipping to store otherwise cost would have been $40.The sample size I picked up was 6 inches x 6 inches and I clarified via email with the person that told me the sample was ready (she was out at pickup) and she confirmed that was the size.6 x 6 sample size gives you zero indication of how it will look especially hickory which has color variations.Checked another unrelated distributor who carries this line who contacted the supplier of Southwinds XRP flooring and the sample size is a full plank.I will update this review if they give me my money back for the sample.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Worst experience I have ever had in working with any company. I was misled and mistreated the entire time I worked with them.First, communicating with my salesperson Bob was a nightmare. He answered questions in a vague or confusing way when he answered them at all. I ordered kitchen cabinets and countertop and paid for installation which I assumed was for my ENTIRE order. Of course I assumed that; Why would I pay for installation for only PART of my order?? Never not once did Bob mention anything about the fact that apparently the countertops I ordered they don't offer installation on; I found this out after I had already placed the order. Bob also assured me when there was going to be a delay in the delivery of my entire order that there would be no storage fees. This also turned out to be a lie. And of course I couldn't cancel the order or they would charge me a 25% restocking fee despite the fact that this was THEIR error.When I attempted to work these issues out with the store manager, Ace, I was given the worst customer service. Ace was rude, snarky, gave me tons of attitude and refused to take accountability for his salesperson. He interrupted me, hung up on me and brushed off my concerns by basically saying "Well, I wasn't there for that conversation." The fact that he sounded like he was about 19 years old only added to the frustration. The best I got from him was him waving off $600 of invalid charges, but even that was only because I MYSELF noticed the discrepancy and pointed it out, otherwise they would have happily charged me the additional $600.I even went as far as reaching out directly to the store owner (Gloria) and Regional Manager (Michael Gottschling) and neither of them ever responded to me directly, instead choosing to cower behind their telephone customer service and have them call me instead. Customer service was absolutely no help. Once again there was NO accountability. The supervisor I spoke with, Sonia, never apologized for the treatment I had received and kept telling me "There's nothing that I can do." Right from the start she sounded like she just wanted to get off the phone with me. When I got frustrated and told her they were all "useless" she went as far as practically THREATENING me, saying "You will NOT speak to me like that, do you understand?"Like I have told my neighbor who was going to buy cabinets: Avoid this place like the plague. There is a reason they have such low review score and are not accredited by the BBB! It is NOT worth the money you save by using this company because they will treat you like dirt, scam you, lie to you and try to sneak extra money. They use shady sales practices to try and steal your money. They use 3rd parties for install and delivery so that if anything goes wrong they can point the finger to someone else because they have no accountability.
