My car was sideswiped, I took it to get repaired at Caliber Collision on 78th and Washington. They did an amazing job, looks brand new and they left my car cleaner than when i dropped it off! They were super friendly, finished before the promised completion date. I would definitely refer them to family and friends!

I had a very positive experience with Caliber Collision at this location. They returned my car to like new condition, got it back to me in the time promised, and sent me daily texts keeping me updated on the process as it went along. They were very friendly and helpful and very nice people. Highly recommended.

I had an incredible experience from start to finish. The customer service was amazing — I was updated two to three times a week, every single week, until my vehicle was finished. That consistent communication really gave me peace of mind throughout the entire repair process.
The repair itself exceeded all my expectations. The quality of the work was outstanding — my vehicle looks brand new! The paint job is immaculate, perfectly matched, and flawless. When I picked it up, it was spotless inside and out, and it felt like I was driving a new car again.
Despite how much work my vehicle needed, it was completed in a very timely manner. I appreciated how efficiently everything was handled without ever feeling rushed or sloppy.

only a 4.5 star rated shop is puzzling to me. I had a 5 star experience. My quote came in at half of what other shops were quoting. They also have a PDR specialist that stopped by and pulled a small dent out of my driver side front quarter panel. shop I went to before wanted charge me 1200 for it. Caliber came in at $250. This Caliber Collision location will be my go to for any car repairs.
Solid communication, finished ahead of schedule, did a fantastic job on the repair. I will post before and after pictures.
